I have been using PR for close to a year now. I felt it was time I give them a review they deserve. They continuously go the extra mile for me, and I should at least create this account and take the time to report on them. It is not often you get great support from software companies in today's world. It seems you send a question. A few days later, you get an answer that does not even come close to answering your question, so you are back in the cycle again. With PR, I have been working with Marina. She is fantastic. She will get back to me with confirmations, schedule calls to work with me directly, follow up with me when updates address my past concerns... I am amazed. So much to like about this software - great layout and easy to learn interface. The creating a post process is really straightforward and the options on the toolbar contain everything I need to create a great looking posts. The Schedule, Publish now and Add to Queue options are great and make for great planning options. I do use other tools but this is my "go to" for sure and would recommend anyone to give it a go. There are a few niggly things that I think would make for a better experience for me but I cannot speak for others. When viewing in Calendar view by week you have to scroll back through the weeks, it would be great to have a dropdown option where you could select 2023 week 1, week 2, week 3 and jump to posts for that week but as I say, that's just me. The Post Ideas could be a little more up-to-date but again, this is just me being picky and looking for the easiest option because the reality is you can get a great foundation for posts from the suggestions. I'd bought a lifetime subscription to the app a while back, and was having difficulty accessing my account as I didn't know which account on Facebook I'd used.
