When you seach a name up some time you have to reset prokeep to get it to show up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It provides an easy way for our customers to contact us without having to call into the main line and talk with a salesperson. The only downside is that the numbers don't cooperate with all phone service providers. Microsoft Teams doesn't integrate with ProKeep so we have an issue whenever we are setting up new branches. We do not have company phones for my position so being able to utilize a "texting" format is key. It allows clients to text pictures which is so much quicker and easier than email! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
