It allows us to have a platform to reach our entire sales team via text. Specifically it is very useful when needing to ID product or understand application. Many customers are not tech savy and the texting is easier for them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Broadcasting a text message to many different customers is a slow and clumsy process, even with a template. Each phone number has to be selected separately, the template assigned and then sent.
