Profitero is a tool with a quick learning curve, good rollout support, and expected data acurracy. It should be noted that its Sales&Share module is one of the most powerful and reliable on the market.

I have been a profitero customer in 3 different businesses. They have great robust data in most markets. The partnership goes above and beyond buying data to utilise. Where often eCom teams are small and stretched Profitero provide support on how organizations should build out eCom functions, how to organize to get the most from digital shelf & integrate that into your business processes, thought leadership & supporting you bring the outside in.
With their new partnership extending further into media space I only see improved integrations in data between digital & eCommerce. They are a trusted partner and really go above and beyond. The insights that they can provide both with the core product and insights have supported my digital development in numerous businesses and they never lose sight of their core product in the process.
The account team are very responsive, supportive and on the whole work to undeerstand your unique challenges. In the time i've used them the onboarding process and category update process has drastically improved. Category updates & new NPD to your category can be a challenge & requires you to be able to tell profitero about any new news you are expecting.
Teh coverage of Asian markets is still limited and need some improvements where store based analytics are intrinsic to the market (eg France).

I think they are working to solve this, but we currently use Profitero as one of several platforms to give us what we need. I would love for Profitero to be the one stop shop for all things digital shelf. Analytics, content quality review & creation, digital retail media, maybe even managed services and more.
