What I liked least about Profit.co is the feature for visualizing the OKRs of all company members through the Canva visualization type. Although the idea is good for understanding how the different OKRs are related, it is sometimes difficult to correctly observe all the OKRs as related, although this may probably be caused by an error on our part in aligning the OKRs. Perhaps, a recommended functionality would be that the alignment of OKRs could be done directly in the Canva visualization in a more graphical way by simply dragging and dropping an arrow. As part of the Infosel management team, Profit has been a very useful tool for me, as it allows me to have a clear view of my team's progress toward our objectives and their contribution to the company's overall goals. The way Profit manages objectives at different levels of the organization enables effective tracking in interaction with other business areas and Infosel's general objectives. Additionally, the executive reports are important for the presentations made to senior management.

Another aspect I frequently use on the platform is the periodic performance evaluations, which allow us to tailor the key evaluation points to the company's needs.
