Nothing so far. We recently started using it and I'm a fan of everything so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Preferred Patron offers flexibility to adapt to each retailer's preferred rewards solution. The program offers a very complete set of tools and reports so that the rewards program may be adapted and updated as needed. Support assistance is available for any question or problem, and solutions are provided quickly and efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We do not have any dislike of the program. When we have needed to change or adapt our program to some new need, we have had ready help available to accomplish the changes we want to make. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Gift Card tracking is included with the loyalty program (FREE) and it's simple to sell a block of cards by simply scanning the barcode on the first and last card. We do this a lot around the holidays. Before this, we were tracking paper gift certificates in notebook and it was not very efficient.
I also appreciate how we can simply hand new customers a rewards card, give them credit for their first sale immediately and even award them a sign-up bonus right on the spot, without having to take any time to enter their information into the system. Each rewards card has instructions for them to activate online, at home. They must eventually activate their card to claim their rewards but they can (and many do) use their card to build up points until that time comes.
It's also a great tool for me to communicate to our customers all year round, both through SMS Text messaging and e-mail. So we have weekly emails that go out plus I can send out periodical newsletters. I like that all the e-mails are completely custom branded for my shop. Their support staff took care of all this. All i had to do was give my approval! It's pretty interesting how we can spur up extra business on a slow night by sending out a "Tonight Only - Buy One Get One FREE" member only promotion using SMS, (as an example).
Overall we are very pleased with this system.

I don't dislike anything. If I had to point to aspect that sometimes (rarely) becomes an issue, its when a customer forgets to activate their card and wants to claim their points. Without an activated card, we can't look them up. If they had activated their card and just forgot it, that's no problem because we can always look them up by phone# or email or name search. If they never activate it, then they never put their name or phone# against their account and there is nothing we can do. To help alleviate this, we just recently added a customer accessible tablet in the store, where customers can activate their cards while they are still in the store. That it sends out notifications and keeps tracks of points Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is very cumbersome to use. Way too many clicks to get something accomplished. Uploading points is so finicky. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
