SOAP notes can be customized based on the type of provider: physical therapy, personal training, massage therapy, etc. Practice Pro also offered convenient scheduling with online billpay, integrated with payment systems for 3rd party payers, integrated with a HEP platform, and maintained good HIPAA compliance for security of PHI.
