Powertrak is our Companies main data base for customer contacts. We have used Powertrak for 10 years or more.
We also use it for account listings by market.
Use of Powertrak varies quite a bit by market and allows for a big range of flexibility.
Some markets tie customer communications to contacts, some to accounts, and larger markets with large $ opportunities/projects tie e-mails to those projects. The large projects allow for all e-mails related to a project to be located in one place making PO's, timing on e-mails, and project history easy to find. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Dislikes are not a problem of this application...it lies more with the users. Garbage in...garbage out. Keeping contacts updated is an issue, but it's no fault of Powertrak. It would be nice to have a smartphone app, but integrating with our data bases would be challenging and likely not worth the $ investment needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
