Postal Pros and Cons

I love the Postal collections where you can curate not just one item to send as a gift but a group of items that your recipient can choose from. The integration to Salesforce for seamless campaign member and status updates is incredibly helpful as well as the pooled and per-user budget options. Looking forward to using one of the virtual events soon as well. Onboarding was so great I am thinking of taking a few notes and applying them to our internal process. What I love the most about Postal is that I'm able to add a personal touch to the relationships that I work really hard to build. The only headaches are that it seems to be a challenge for different teams to have access to unique gift items. For example, the sales team might need access to send out smaller items which CS would want a wider variety of personalized gifts reflective of the account size. Easy to use - with an extensive library of gifts of all sizes. Love the handmade items from small shops - and well-know branded products as well.

Postal is a great tool to build your customer relationships. There are a plethora of options like gift bags, goodiess etc. to send your customers. The best part is that the process of sending it is super easy, with many diffrent ways to send your gifts. The layout of the landing page is also easy to understand.
