What do you like best about Postal?

As a business development leader, I like how you have the option to send gifts with or without requiring the prospect to book a meeting. It has also been great to use internally to celebrate & incentivize my team. The direct integration to salesforce has also been a game changer for reporting in our CRM. What do you dislike about Postal?

Because it does have so many different cababilites, there is a bit of a learning curve. Learning the different ways you can gift (surprise & delight, personalized email, sending a magic link, sending swag internally, etc) and how to track reporting takes a bit of training with the team. What do you like best about Postal?

Postal allows you to stand out from other prospects with things like coffee gift cards to make their day! It is very easy to use as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Postal?

Our customer success manager was always easy to reach and very responsive and helpful. Postal is a great tool for virtual events. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Postal?

Shipping items stocked in the warehoust. If you wanted to ship a shirt in multiple sizes you have to create multiple shipments. Also when you want to ship multiple things once you shipped one it would take you back to the homepage and you would have to navigate back to my swag. Not hard but annoying. Thanks for your feedback, Madison. I'm happy to report that we just released a new self-serve feature in our Warehouse App last week that enables you to ship multiple items in bulk to and from our warehouses. Hopefully, that eliminates some of the friction for you.

What do you like best about Postal?

We use this on the Customer Success side (Sales does, too). Postal offers some great gift options and it's pretty easy to select a gift and send it to the recipient. Being able to send gifts to a group via email or shared link is helpful, as is the customization available when sending. I particularly like the must schedule to accept gift option! The layout and ability to toggle what's not available is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Postal?

Improved tracking would be helpful, e.g. how quickly recipients open gifts or how many times they've opened an email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Postal?

Like all other gifting platforms, you can send gifts to people if you do not have an address for them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Postal?

Unless you enjoy paying 10%-30% above market prices, I would highly recommend finding other gift-sending solutions—there are hundreds of better options. I would consider traveling cross-country to hand-deliver a gift before reconsidering Postal; it would be more cost-efficient. From sparse marketplace offerings to clunky user interfaces, and most frustratingly, horrendous customer service, the only "gift" Postal successfully delivered was disappointment. I'm sorry that you weren't satisfied with your experience. I can assure you that we don't mark up the prices of products in our Marketplace, as is noted in our contract and terms of service. Regarding gift selection, the items available for you to send are approved by the Administrator on your account. You can request additional items from the 3,000+ options in the Marketplace for your Admin to approve using the "Request Item" button. You can also recommend a product be added to the Postal Marketplace via https://www.postal.com/recommend-a-product.

What do you like best about Postal?

I think the platform is very intuitive. I like the ability to connect to Salesforce campaigns for tracking. Magic links are very popular among our BDR and Sales teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Postal?

Postal is awesome because it has SO many vendors and gift options. When I"m not sure what to send, I can scroll postal for ideas and even recommendations on what to send.

Their support team is super responsive and helpful, and will even reach out and be proactive when something goes wrong. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Postal?

The feature set in terms of sending gift cards, and bulk orders is a little lacking. It's difficult to report on bulk warehouse sends to customers, which can cause some confusion. I think they are working on this feature, though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Postal?

I like that you can get up and running quickly and the non-branded global marketplace has a good selection. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Postal?

The branded item process needs improvement - entirely diff process and took too much time to plan and execute. In the end, the product was good but took a long time.. Also, when there are confusing issues around billing, fulfilmment and even reloading balances we cannot reach anyone on the support side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
