What do you like best about Postal?

Postal makes gifting pretty easy and straightforward - I can mix and match different items in a collection, or create collections for different audiences and send it via a personalized email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Postal?

The search function can be quite annoying across the platform. For example when you search back in your Orders, it only filters based on the page you're on. So you would need to click through page by page either way to find past Orders. Sometimes the search is iffy when searching for certain items in the marketplace, too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Postal?

I love the expansive marketplace that is available, my team can always find something to send to their clients or prospects. The analytics are helpful too. Overall, it has been helpful to our team and as the admin, I get a lot of good feedback from our team. The thing they like best is the Chrome extension, it makes it super easy to send a gift without having to go into the full platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Postal?

There are some glitches in the website, and the search functions are sometimes not that great. As well, I wish there was a way to see what messaging my team is sending along with a gift, so I could better pinpoint what is working and what is not.

It is incredibly tough to get in touch with anyone at the company for support. We used to have a dedicated point of contact but no longer. Anytime I have an issue arise I have to jump through hoops just to try and get in touch with anyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Postal?

Would like a function to batch customize items. E.g. we recently had to manually customize logos on an item for several customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Postal solving and how is that benefiting you?

Personalized gifting strategies. We are now able to send items to customers and prospects quicker (and with better quality items) than ever before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Postal?

I like that I can create a magic link and send it in my normal emails whenever I need to give someone a gift card or other gift. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Postal?

I didn't like that when I ask Postal to send the gift to someone, I couldnt' customize the address because so many people work from home or work from other locations than the account address in SFDC. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Postal solving and how is that benefiting you?

Have a way to easily send gift cards and other gifts to prospects or reward customers for being a reference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Postal?

I really like the MagicLink functionality which allows us to easily create gifting campaigns and provide links to our teams to utilize within the email sends. Makes it easy to implement campaigns and easy for gift recipients to redeem. Also love charity options and the ability to incorporate our own company swag. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Postal?

I wish it was easier to integrate with Salesforce to extract more data around the impact of gifting campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Postal solving and how is that benefiting you?

Allows us to easily create gifting campaigns to support all different areas of our business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Postal?

This is the second org I've brought Postal onto as my gifting platform and the platform has just improved with time. It's made it so easy for us to manage our budget and inventory when it comes to customer gifting campaigns, incentives, branded swag, and more, all of which required a lot of manual work and not scalable for our team. It's a tool I'm using almost everyday, and we can easily manage our gifting campaigns and spin up new ones immediately, regardless of location or currency (it's really easy to switch between currencies in Postal). Many of the other vendors we'd considered were the same or lower-quality platforms at much higher price points so we're very happy with what our team has experienced so far. The Postal team is incredibly responsive (literally within minutes) and has ensured a successful onboarding and implementation for our team. I Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Postal?

There aren't many big things I dislike about Postal, but a few small product annoyances that I'd love to see change/evolve in the future. Right now, all integrations have to sit on a user seat so some of our already limited seats are taken up by essential integrations such as Hubspot/Salesforce, which is a source of frustration for me as usually those integrations sit on user seats who are Ops folks (not people who will actually be using Postal for sending). One additional downside is the lack of collaboration capabilities when it comes to ordering swag – there's no shared cart function so if multiple people are involved in creating/approving swag, it can be a bit of a pain. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Postal solving and how is that benefiting you?

Postal is helping us solve the business problem of previously not being able to easily track, scale, or manage our gifting and account-based direct mail sends. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Postal?

I love that Postal makes it easy to quickly send links or personalized emails to clients and team members. I also love their vast marketplace of different gifts and gift cards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Postal?

It's difficult to view different products from the marketplace at the same time and I often have to train other team members how to use it. The UX could use some improvements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Postal solving and how is that benefiting you?

Postal helps us quickly send gifts and we also use them for warehousing our branded merchandise, which is super helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Postal?

The gift selection is fantastic, the platform is modern and user friendly and the team is solution oriented and great to work with. The international capabilities also prevent us from having multiple gifting vendors which saves us money on annual platform costs. The Salesforce integration is a slick way to avoid manual user additions and Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Postal?

The EMEA and APAC gifts need more variety as well as a simpler UI/process for moving funds into various currencies and distributing to teams. The reporting capabilities are nascent and warrant further investment for day2day and longer looking ROI reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Postal solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed a gifting platform with great gift (branded and non-branded) options, campaign automation, a responsive and helpful support team and international capabilities. Postal does all of this for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
