What do you like best about Portant?

- We will use portant for all our Sales Staff on a daily basis

- the integration was really easy

- The implementation was really simple with just installing it on hubspot opening the account and you are ready to go

- Easy Workflow Setup for G-Doc, and Offer G-Slides with the addition of E-Signing and Emails

- great document output with complex data from Hubspot (with Custom Objects)

- awesome exeptional responsive portant team that will solve all your problems in a short amount of time

- so many more workflows and features we could utilise besides Hubspot Offers

What do you dislike about Portant?

What do you like best about Portant?

We use the system for streamlining reports, which has made us more efficient. We have only used the Survey Forms attached to a Word document. It has saved us time in proofreading our documents.

This coming year we will be integrating the program more frequently since it has allowed us to take on more work and have a quicker turn over with reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Portant?

There is a learning curve and the help documents do not cover some of the basic questions we have encountered. We are still fine-tuning our end of the program.

It would be helpful when adding an image on the Survey Form that it goes into the document in the correct location instead of at the end of the document (this may be user error). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Portant?

Portant has been a game-changer for us. Before, we spent about 10-15 minutes on each customer proposal and contract. It was pretty time-consuming, especially when we had 50-70 of them each month. Now, thanks to Portant, the same task takes just 2-3 minutes! We're even handling more documents, around 80-100 a month, and it's a breeze. It's amazing how much time we've saved and how much more we can do now. Portant really helped us streamline our work and focus on growing our business! Most important of all is the customer support, before we were a full fledged paying client they were willing to hop on calls to help us figure out how to set up Portant to use. What do you dislike about Portant?

I haven't found much that I have disliked about Portant. I will say that it took me a little bit to wrap my head around how we needed to make it work for us, but after that its been amazing and so easy to learn new things through their Guides Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Portant?

The customer service is amazing! I liked that I could set up a face-to-face, online meeting with a support person. I was brand new to the software and through the meeting, I was able to explain my project and what I was attempting to do. The support team worked with me to help me resolve the project challenges I faced. They did not give up on me even though I needed numerous conversations.

I also appreciate how streamlined the merge option is, allowing multiple spreadsheet rows of data to print on one page, including a photo for each contact. I can easily edit the spreadsheet right in the workflow, when needed. And then easily refresh the merge and generate a new merged doc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Portant?

It would be helpful to have a personal pricing option for family photo merge projects.

I wonder too, if the 700 kb photo file limit might be insufficient for a larger display of the photo then what we used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Portant?

The most helpful part of Portant is that we can personalize our letters to our needs and it makes them very easy to find due to its format. We can also easly retrieve the letters and documents that were sent out as they remain in the output folder.

It is also amazing that the outputs can be automatically saved on Google Drive! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Portant?

I am unsure if Portant has a way of intergate special links on the letters and emails. I haven't found the option yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Portant?

We use the free version of Portant and LOVE IT! Portant allowed our small business to organize and streamline our invoices. We didn't need the capabilities of bigger programs, we just needed an easy way to track and process our invoices. Portant allowed us to keep a spreadsheet of our invoice info and drop in the information into our personal invoice template and personalize the info for each invoice. It took a minute to figure out all the capabilities of Portant, but they have lots of how to videos and even offered support via email when I couldn't get one of my tables to work properly. I cannot say enough wonderful things! We don't process more than 10 invoices a month so having the ability to process 100 invoices each month for free means I don't need to stress if I need to reprocess an invoice due to a mistake or update. What do you like best about Portant?

I'm an administrator at a school and Portant allows me to do all kinds of things. One of everyone's favorites is that we use Portant to celebrate staff and students using Google forms that anyone can fill out, which then create a certificate that we send to the person being celebrated. Portant saves a ton of time and eliminates inefficiency, and this is a big morale boost for students, parents, and staff. Portant's customer service is also incredible -- they've walked me through anything I didn't understand right off the bat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
