It's easy to access templates you've created and generate metrics for the emails distributed, and the ability to upload distribution lists. It is convenient to have all templates saved in one place and also be able to assign them to campaigns and analyze them when necessary. I have not had the proper training with PoliteMail so I had to figure out most of the things on my own. There are a lot of functions - which is not a downside, you just need to learn them and make good use! I've had trouble sending out large emails (1 MB+). When I click send, nothing happens. Not knowing if an email was actually sent or not creates anxiety because we definitely do not want to send out multiple versions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
