Working natively within Outlook makes it easier to accomplish your campaigns fairly quickly and seamlessly. I can then run analytics within the platform, generate reports, and more with just a few clicks. The learning curve to get up to speed is fairly low, which is much appreciated when you just want to get going and create the campaigns you need. No one has the bandwidth to have to learn a ton of new instructions every time you integrate a new tool into your stack, so speed and efficiency is greatly appreciated. We currently use the on-premise server version and it does require a lot of team members to set it up on an ongoing basis. While not an issue on the Politemail side, it does take time and multiple people's bandwidth in order to set it up correctly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The biggest use, of course, is understanding the efficacy of your comms, but its various features help in so many other ways. I love the smart attachments, they let you send image-heavy, high-res emails without hitting the maximum email size set by the IT team. You can even edit links in the email after it’s been sent, which is a total lifesaver! The deeper analytics go beyond just open rates and CTR, they help you understand what’s actually working. You can see things like the best time to send, who forwarded the email, and even who was OOO when it was sent. It really helps you refine your strategy over time instead of just guessing. The tech stack is a little finicky. Especially when you’re using multiple IDs or sending from different shared mailboxes. But their support team is amazinggg, so it all works out :) I really wish you could edit the email text after sending, would be great for fixing those last-minute typos haha. I reached out to the support team via the PoliteMail tab in Outlook and received a prompt response the same day. Their initial solution included a detailed guide that was practical and easy to follow.

Although that first approach didn’t resolve the issue, the team remained engaged and continued working with me until they identified the root cause. The current version of the Online version doesn't currently allow for sending as a shared mailbox or different user.

Our company has been using Politemail since about 2018 and since then, it has been an absolute dream. This tool allows us to track emails, create campaigns, update send lists, and review metrics all seamlessly through Outlook.

Their customer support is fantastic. Whenever there is a hiccup they are on the ball and have it up and running as a fast as possible.

It's easy to access templates you've created and generate metrics for the emails distributed, and the ability to upload distribution lists. When I had an issue after converting to O365, I received quick response to address the problem as well as throrough support and the issue was quickly identified with a recommend course of action to resolve the problem. I had a question about logging into Polite mail and the customer service rep emailed me back immediately allowing me to waste no downtime. They also checked in on me a few days later to make sure i was able to log in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
