Central management of policies for domain and non-domain environments as well as its ability to manage least privilege access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
All policies defined at the "ALL" level (root level) are enforced and you can't create counter policies at lower levels. It can be accomplished by creating a structure under Company Groups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We love the application manager, browser router, cloud features that can be coupled with on premises features Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This is an incredibly deep product that can be quite overwhelming. Have a goal and get your quick wins - build from there Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

PolicyPak is very ease to use once configured - we can quickly change desktop shortcuts, mapped network drives, user settings, etc. like you would in Group Policy via an online portal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The initial setup of Policy Pak requires you to setup a Server operating system, download a bunch of programs, and is very confusing to start - a lot of information goes out via E-Mail at which point I felt very bombarded and ended up taking months for me to circle back around to actually do it. Secure run alone makes PolicyPak worth using. Jeremy Moskowitz and the entire PolicyPak team are a great group of people to work with and very quick to help and resolve any issue that may arise. Being able to have control of the computers using policies while being in the cloud. Very easy to install and setup. Being able to manage the start screen and taskbar is very nice. Very useful videos on how to do anything with PP. If there is anything that we would like to see added to PP, Jeremy is very willing to listen and make the addition to the software. I don't have any dislikes so far. Anything that we need or would like to do with PolicyPak is in development and on the way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Full feature set has empowered our use of Intune/Endpoint Manager in O365/Azure. Now we can quickly and easily deploy settings, policies, and files to all our staff working from home. This solution has solved many problems we were facing. Could not have quickly and easily survived COVID-19 work-from-home orders without it! Extensive video trainings are in small, easily followed chucks that cover every aspect of the toolset with real-world examples that can be applied in minutes. There is not currently anything I dislike about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
All the extra control and security with zero additional infrastructure requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
May be slightly less feature-rich compared to other alternatives, but still quite powerful in its own right. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
First and foremost, Jeremy Moskowitz and his team know Group Policy inside and out. You might say Jeremy wrote the book on it. I know I can trust PolicyPak and the PP team to help me manage my endpoints. Next is that PolicyPak is frequently updated and expanded to cover more and more configuration settings. It can be hard to keep up with the updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do I dislike about PP? It can be hard to keep up with the updates. There are so many updates, I end up not knowing what cool new stuff is added. But it never fails that when I check back to see what's new, there are always useful improvements. Things I didn't even know I needed Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We primarily got PolicyPak for the ability to application whitelist. After spending many days trying to configure Microsoft Applocker with no success I tried PolicyPak and had it up and running within a few hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing really. It's a shame they don't have local support in Australia where I am from however, the response from their help desk is quick. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have been looking for a while on ways to secure and manage Windows workstations without having a Windows DC available (or distributed workforce). PolicyPak ticks all the boxes, is not bound to Microsoft licencing constraints and allows us to remote manage on prem as well as off site devices with ease. Highly recommended in lieu of Hosted AD / Azure as much more viable and also supports stuff beyond the MS landscape.
Support and proactive product development make PP Cloud an awesome tool for our cyber security toolkit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
the only items we had issues with have been resolved in the last 3 months. The only thing that may be a hurdle for small MSPs is the 100 seat minimum requirement. But if used across the client base, that's a minor issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
