Pocus has been a game-changer for my workflow as an ADR! It helps me quickly find and prioritize the best leads without spending hours digging through data. The insights are super clear, and the playbooks make outreach feel so much more strategic.
Since using Pocus, I’ve closed more deals and saved tons of time—it’s honestly become a go-to tool for me. If you’re in sales and want to work smarter, you’ve got to check it out! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While Pocus is super helpful, there’s a bit of a learning curve at the start. It took me some time to fully understand all the features and customize it to my workflow. I’d love to see even more in-app tips or tutorials to make onboarding smoother.
Other than that, it’s a solid tool, and any minor hiccups are far outweighed by the value it brings! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about Pocus is its intuitive data capabilities and ease of access. It transforms complex datasets into easy-to-understand representations, allowing me to quickly sequence users and add them to my crm without going through a lot of technical steps. Additionally, its seamless integration with other tools in our tech stack means we can leverage our existing data infrastructure without any disruption. This combination of user-friendly design and powerful analytics makes Pocus a standout solution for improving speed in a sales environment where it's a high volume game Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing I’ve noticed about Pocus, and it’s honestly a testament to its strength, is that it’s so feature-rich and efficient that it can sometimes feel like I’m only scratching the surface of what it’s capable of. I dislike that I haven’t fully tapped into its potential yet—there’s so much it offers, and I want to make sure I’m leveraging every tool and insight it provides to maximize results. It’s less a critique of Pocus and more of a personal challenge to keep up with its capabilities! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Pocus solves so many challenges when it comes to PG. Historically It was a very manual process of trying to get insights on user data and then trying to pull those users into a tool like outreach to message. In the past that has looked like exporting SFDC reports to Excel to manipulate, digging through tableau dashboards that take forever to load, and then trying to figure out from there what signals actually mean something.
Now with Pocus, I have predetermined signals that easily pull the right users so I can immediately take action and email them. This has improved my daily efficiency because a task I didn't have time to do daily or even weekly because it would take 2-3 hours, can now be done in under 60 seconds. Further, it allows me to get even more creative and tailored with new ideas on signals I can reach out to prospects about, making my PG even more tailored. A game changer for sure!
Plus their AI insights is such a time saver! I love being able to see from my calendar via the pocus extension AI insights about the inbound lead who just got booked on my calendar. Now I can have more calls a day because the prep time for each call takes less time! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Only a small change, specific to how it integrates with Outreach. Sometimes I don't want to sequence a user(s) but would like to tag them in outreach. Would love it if I could easily do that from Pocus as one of the action options.
This also could be possible, but not set up by our sales ops team internally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I prefer having all my playbooks within Pocus, as it helps keep me organized and efficient, especially when managing sales and prioritizing low-hanging fruit. With Pocus plays, I can easily revisit deals directly from there, eliminating the need to manually sift through all the deals I've worked on in Salesforce. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Recently, it's been a bit glitchy. Specifically, when I try to enroll a step into the next sequence, it often fails the first couple of times until I exit the play and go back in. It’s not a major issue, just a minor inconvenience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a BDR, I use Pocus integrated with Salesforce for lead prioritization, and it has been an incredibly valuable tool. It allows me to quickly identify inbound leads and streamline the contact process by effectively prioritizing them based on their level of urgency. Additionally, it organizes leads on a daily basis, helping me maintain a structured workflow focused on the most relevant opportunities. It's a solution that truly optimizes my time and improves my results Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes it gives me leads that are duplicated; it doesn’t manage to identify that it’s the same lead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- Ease of use: easy to navigate and very short time needed to get started and to implement.
- Scalability: I can efficiently enroll multiple prospects at the same time
- Pocus AI: Gamechanger for me! Saves me a lot of time in the research fase + great to have this in the same place as where I bulk enroll my leads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is not much I dislike about Pocus. When you activate a lot of filters, the loading takes long or can even freeze. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Overall, Pocus is a practical tool for streamlining data management and automation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
On the downside, there is a bit of a learning curve, especially when it comes to setting up custom goals and playbooks. Some users may need additional support to get everything configured correctly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like Pocus because it is user friendly and was easy for me to pick up. I started this job, that uses Pocus on a daily basis only 3 months ago and I already am proficient with the software.
