Plytix is an intuitive and easy to use tool that has allowed us to organize all of our ecommerce marketing content that we previosuly housed in multiple spreadsheets and network folders. The ability to syndicate the content to our muliple sales channels makes our lives much simpler. The upfront affordable pricing is also much appreciated compare do the much more xpensive competition like Salsify. Customer support is very helpful too when needed. Most of the times we thought something wasn't possible, the Plytix team came back to us showing that the feature we were looking for existed. They were very helpfull when setting up the system even doing most of the work for us. And when the system is well put together it is a breeze to use for our content managers. Some features are lacking and needs work arounds. In the end it was possible to do everything we wanted but sometimes it needed some clever solutions.
Example of features that we would love to have out of the box:
- Default values for attributes
- Differenciation for parent and variant product (specific attribute)
- Better role management with more granularity

Having an Account Manager in Australia who is able to assist with any questions we have straight away.

The Brand Portals are not visually appealing for our customers. Ideally the Brand Portals are an extension of our marketing. At the current state, it doesnt present very well Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For me Plytix is the best PIM software for starting and middle big company. It has a quick set-up, is transparent in pricing and had al the necessary toolings built in. Next to the tools itself, they have a big FAQ library and even explainer videos on platforms such as Youtube. We have a personal account manager, yet it is a person, and stays the same person who follows-up on your account. I recommend! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As I mentioned in the likes section, Plytix is a great PIM for starting and middle big companies. For me workflowmanagement is the biggest improvement Plytix could make on the short term. Being able to set up a workflow (without export/import and smart lists, because it is more or less possible with workarounds) from start data up untill fully optimized, translated by different team members, reviews by the respective manager. What I like best about Plytix PIM is its intuitive interface that makes managing and organizing product information effortless, along with its powerful features for collaboration and data synchronization across multiple channels Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One aspect I dislike about Plytix PIM is that its advanced features can sometimes be overwhelming for new users, requiring a steep learning curve to fully utilize its capabilities Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like most about Plytix is how it helps keep everything organized and makes working within the platform easy. The automated features are fantastic, enabling tasks to be done faster and more efficiently. There are also plenty of useful options, like updating and changing information for multiple sections or products with just one click. Sometimes editing can be confusing, but once I get help from the consultants, it all makes sense. Also possible drawback of the PIM is that if matching uploaded files with attributes isn’t done carefully, this step can end up taking more time and effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've been using Plytix for managing my product data, and it's been a game-changer for our team. As a Product Manager, I needed a platform that could centralize all our product information and make it easily accessible and manageable. The collaboration features are also fantastic—our team can easily share and update product information, ensuring everything is always up to date.

Plytix saves us a ton of time every day and allows much better team collaboration. It's nice and customizable, so you can configure reusable views and set completion attributes. I love to track what needs to be done. The platform is excellent, and I'm a very happy customer. Also, a shout-out to Eva Rodriguez, our account specialist, who has been extremely helpful and supportive with her time getting us set up. Getting set up and configuring it all took a little longer than expected, but having clean data to import makes everything much quicker. I don't like that the maximum number of rows you can view is only 100, which means lots of pagination. Sometimes I find the platform slower than I would like while managing and refreshing data.
