I liked they whitelabel features but it didn't work so we cancelled. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I found out they were still billing my card after months I cancelled and they don't want to process a refund. Seriously. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Plutio is easy to use yet very powerful. It has projects, tasks, proposals, contracts, time tracking and more. Interface is clear, everything is where it should be. But perhaps the best thins about Plutio is its founder, Leo Bassam. The guy is passionate about the product and interacts with the users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes there's a little bug or two but nothing really serious. I use it for over 1 year and din't have any bigger problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love how I can manage so much of my online consulting business in the one tool - task and project management, client management, client agreements, invoicing and so much more Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
At the moment the lack of Zapier or integromat integration is frustrating, but I know its coming. If you're a developer then the API can be used, but this is way outside my skillset. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I admittedly don't have a large organization and so my usage of Plutio may not be as complete as other companies. We use it to keep track of projects and tasks among three people working across the US. There are many things that I like a lot about Plutio but if I had to choose one thing that I like best, it would not be anything to do with the actual software. It's the fact that the founder and developer makes himself completely available and transparent to the users of Plutio, so much so that every time I've reached out via the chat box on the site I've received an answer within a minute or two - from him and not a representative. He also is very active on the Plutio Facebook group where people post questions and recommendations. He is constantly answering questions and posting updates to the software. If I'm going to use a tool to help manage my company, I like knowing that I can have access to the person working on it so I'm aware of where the software is going. And he's just a super nice guy. Right now the only thing I'm not crazy about is the GUI. There may be ways to customize it (in fact I'm sure there are) although I don't really have the time to figure it out. Its a little bland looking. I think its done like that on purpose as the idea is to allow users to customize the look of it to match their company colors, but even just the general overall interface is a little lackluster. That's not even remotely something that bothers me as I'm working though so its not a big deal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Plutio does what it says on the tin, the owner is 100% dedicated to developing the most powerful all in one business tool and month by month we're seeing the benefits of signing up for this tool. It's constantly improving and they're always adding new features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is a slight learning curve I though, so getting to know which roles do what and who can access what for me took a little bit of time to understand but in fairness I didn't give it the time it deserved at the start. Overall, the UI is great, super clean and makes complete sense once you get into it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It has invoicing, proposals, time tracking and task management, to name a few.
You can also use it as a crm. Nice website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It has the basic features. Nothing for bigger companies. The UI is good but adding clients and team members are the same so it can be a little confusing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Plutio is an ideal business management app for freelancers looking for a management-by-projects approach, whether you're organizing your work as internal projects, external client projects, or some combo of internal and external projects spread among one or more businesses.
• Manage more than one business with the same login.
• Project and task management.
• You can create Kanban boards with unlimited swimlanes! This is rare among Kanban boards.
• Built-in beautiful proposals with video! No separate proposal app required.
• Built-in invoicing tied to projects and clients—no separate invoicing app required.
• Online payment processing through PayPal, Stripe, or bank transfer. This is big.
• Customizable interface including white-label privileges.
• Beautiful interface.
• Fast, lite javascript drag-and-drop interface.
• Mac desktop app that syncs with web and mobile apps.
• State-of-the-art future-proof technology stack: Node.js, Meteor, Express, MongoDB, HTML5, etc.
• Simple and transparent pricing.
• Transparent development roadmap.
• Rapid development progress.
• Surprisingly free of bugs and glitches.
• User community.
• Responsive to user needs and requests.
• Great value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
• Lack of project portfolio features for managing multiple projects.
• Lack of Kanban board for managing all tasks across all projects. Each project has its own Kanban board for project task management, but there is no Kanban for managing all tasks, just list and timeline/Gantt views.
• Rudimentary CRM, but I think they plan to build it out.
• I'm having a problem with the custom domain feature but they are helping me resolve it.
I wish it had native integration with G Suite. It integrates with Google Calendar, but native integration with...
• Gmail
• Google Tasks
• Google Keep
• G Drive
• Google Sheets
• Google Docs
...would make Plutio indispensable for many G Suite freelancers who currently have to put together a bunch of apps designed for teams.
Integration with FullContact and Zapier are in the works for integration with other apps regarding people and tasks.
Native integration with Xero or Quickbooks Online would round it out as a no-brainer for any freelancer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love the ease of use with Pluto, being able to create projects and set reminders Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike the email reminders as they seem bulky and not very helpful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Plutio is a comprehensive software that allows users to send proposals, manage projects, tasks, time-track activities and invoice projects from one unified interface. It aims to be the one-stop shop solution for managing a business. You can easily collaborate with team-members and drive projects from this tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The UI is a little too basic. It would be nice if Plutio had more templates. In addition, the tool lacks complete customization when it comes to the look and feel of invoices. In addition, it would also be nice if the tool had better integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Plutio is very easy to use. We primarily use it for invoices and time tracking. It’s nice to have both features in one place. In addition, the Plutio team is constantly listening to feedback and updating the software. It is great software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
None. I really like the software and the easy-to-use dashboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
