"Brandable All-in-One CRM with Great Value"

What do you like best about Agiled?

Customisable CRM software, its sort of a complete project management app, CRM< Finance, HRM, with some Essentials like wikis, files, reports..

its easy to setup, gives us freedom to enable /disable features.

easily brandable.

with recent updates, they allowed for Agency account level, which enables us to manage multiple brands under one account.

the UI/UX is pretty easy and straightforward , nothing confusing.

i am not fond of its performance in general, seems a bit slow at times, not sure why, is it the servers? the software itself?

integrations are pretty decent, we use albato, (i know zapier and pabbly would-be a plus for many users too)

Teams, Zoom and Xero, major integration plus. many others too. worth checking out.

we have not reached out to support staff so i cannot speak to that. but we never needed it either.

I am aware of AI assist within the software we just never used it, didn't find a need so far.

lastly, in terms of costing, i bought this as part of Lifetime deal, not sure if they still have it running or not, but it was a great purchase great value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agiled?

i guess the performance, seems a bit slow..

as far as i know, we cannot fully edit/customise templates (tho there are some samples to modify and use) but a fully customisable coded-template would be nice, similar to what Zoho for example would offer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agiled?

The UI looks very clunky and like a work in progress. I believe that the developer should focus more on making one module great before moving on to next one. It's a jack of all trades and master of none in it's current shape. They do lifetime deals all the time and try to show minor improvements (not really) to get more people to buy it, but as soon as the deal is over so is their commitment. What do you like best about Agiled?

- Business Start-up project management alongside CRM functionality.

- Document for managing RFPs and contracts

- Finance Function to manage expenses and financial/transaction records

- Tasks management

What do you dislike about Agiled?

- Calendar/appointment booking system (especially for group appointments/availability/booking management) is unavailable.

- Mind map unavailable for Project management

- Require a more intuitive/flexible Sub-task, dependency Gantt chart, which also allows Excel upload/download and a vital pdf/image download function (to facilitate with the clients).

- An archive system so we can archive completed projects and free up a cluttered design shortly. Also required for old invoices, expense receipts etc. (+ Integration for more cloud storage: e.g. pcloud, box, dropbox etc)

What problems is Agiled solving and how is that benefiting you?

From the moment I started using Aqiled for my new company, it has become an invaluable tool in

streamlining my operations and enhancing productivity.

Agiled is the perfect companion for my internal business startup projects and managing external projects for potential clients. With its comprehensive features, I effortlessly handled Request for Proposals and drafted essential contracts like Non-Disclosure Agreements and engagement contracts.

The finance function within Agiled became my go-to for managing expenses and effortlessly uploading purchase invoices. It gave me a clear overview of my financial transactions and ensured I stayed on top of my financial responsibilities.

When it came to project management, Agiled truly excelled. I relied on its powerful tools to track milestones, manage tasks and visualize progress through its Gantt Chart feature. Storing and organizing documents in wikis and contracts became a breeze, saving me valuable time and ensuring seamless collaboration with my team.

As my client base expands, I eagerly look forward to utilizing Agiled's CRM capabilities to nurture and grow those relationships. Additionally, with plans for team expansion, the HRM feature will undoubtedly prove instrumental in effectively managing and maximizing the potential of my growing team.

To further enhance my experience, I eagerly anticipate the integration of Tidycal, Calendbook, and popular calendar applications on Android and iPhone. With these integrations, managing my schedules and staying organized will be even more effortless and convenient.

What do you dislike about Agiled?

As someone who has been using Agiled for a while now, there are a couple of things that I think could be improved. One area where I have noticed some room for improvement is with the kanban board feature. While it is a useful feature, I have found it to be less customizable and user-friendly than some other project management apps that I have used in the past.

Another area where I think Agiled could be improved is with its note-taking features. While it does have some basic note-taking capabilities, I have found them to be somewhat limited in comparison to other project management apps.

That being said, I do not think that these issues are significant enough to detract from the overall usefulness and effectiveness of Agiled.app as a project management tool. The app still has a lot of great features that have helped me to manage my projects efficiently and effectively, and I would still recommend it to others looking for a comprehensive project management solution. Agiled is an all-in-one project management solution that has been a huge help to me and my team. One of the main problems that the app has solved for us is the challenge of managing projects across multiple teams and locations. With Agiled, we can collaborate in real-time, share files and messages, and stay on top of everything that is going on across our projects. This has been particularly helpful for us since we have remote team members and work on projects with clients all over the world.

What do you like best about Agiled?

I've tried a good few CRMs over the years, and once I got over the fact that none of them are going to actually do my work for me, I started to appreciate finer details. Agiled is incredibly user-friendly, but has some pretty cool stuff like automations in there, too. The email piping is a great new addition which I'm enjoying rather a lot! An honest subjective assessment that describes that I don't like much. The first thing is that the most important thing in applications is missing and this is a common pain for publishers !!! no Polish language!

"A swiss knife tool for us."

What do you like best about Agiled?

It's an all in one app. What else can you ask for, if all your need in a company to function properly is in one umbrella.

The most notable feature that I like is the CRM, Project and Task Management.

As an admin, I can change access role of each steam, i can hide features that is not needed for a team or for an individual.

Another one is the white label option.

What do you dislike about Agiled?

The only thing i notice when using it and I dislike is the native app, there is some glitch but I heard they are releasing a new update. So hopefully everything that I encounter will be fix. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
