The customizability of the modules and setup. We can develop our own system within the Plex Cloud and be able to make impactful changes without rolling out updates to every PC. The ability to do this all on the cloud is a huge win for Plex. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Custom solutions are not as easily implemented as with other platforms. Current generation of mobile apps for use on the shop floor are not designed for speed/efficiency of material handlers and need a great deal of improvement compared to previous generation. The fact they have stopped enhancing and improving the Corporate Office features like HR and Training for example. People bought Plex as an ALL IN ONE solution. That was their competitive advantage. Now they are pushing you to third party software that takes time to integrate and then you have the cost of another software and something else to babysit.
