I like the kind of visualization that is done at PlanZone present in the form of dashboards. They provide me with a snapshot of the amount of work completed on the projects, as well as the workload of the team. The only problem is that uploading larger files often takes a long time and an external collaborator will have to download the files from google’s servers.
