I like how the benefits are displayed on the new update. This seems more user friendly. The action bullets are amazing. That is a major plus with the new update. The new dashboard is probably the best thing about the new update. All the information is right there in front. That is amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the new update but the there are other things that are not easy to find or run like reporting. I suggest that PlanSource create a webinar with the new look and how to navigate. The only other issue that I have is the customer service on responding to inquiries. It takes over week or more. I have emails to prove. And I cannot understand how the new hire processing works after all this time so this is an option that we do not use anymore. It takes to long to upload new hire information and then it errors out if you do not have the correct format. This is very important for our company and if they were to change anything about PlanSource. Loading the new hires would be at the top of my list. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that we can now use PlanSource for online enrollments and that it will house all enrollments now for various vendors instead of going into 5 different platforms to sign people up for benefits. I also like that I have one person that I work with when I have issues. Maribel Medina has been awesome to work with. She's patient and works hard to get our platform working correctly. I wish reporting options were a little more user friendly. I can't always pull the information I want, especially when it comes to ONLY changes for Open Enrollment. I have to sort through the information to pick out the changes. I also don't like that I can't delete people out of the system that are retired or no longer employed and I'm manually deleting them from reports.
I would love to have a little more control in the platform such as entering my own paragraph to explain benefits and be able to update that at any time rather than sending it to our rep to do. It would also be nice to be able to update our own costing. Our benefit structure is very complex and it would be nice to have more control over that so I can make sure it's calculating correcting rather than trying to explain how it should work.
I love working with Maribel. The downfall is the time difference. It would be great to have someone to work with in the morning especially when I need a quick fix. The alternative to that would be having the ability to update certain things myself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The biggest upside to using Plansource is the ease of use for our employees - from the portal to the contact center, I know our employees are getting correct information in a timely manner. The only dislike was during Open Enrollment configuration, it was determined that a few hard coded Spanish translations in the system were incorrect, and it took a few months to fix these issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The greatest upside to utilizing Plansource is the usability for our workers - from the entrance to the contact focus, I realize our representatives are getting right data in a convenient way. Nothing truly to disdain about the product. Just abhorrence is hanging tight for customization in the product and procedure because of our plan of action, yet that is not blame to Plansource. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love how proactive our implementation and support teams have been - even the few times they don't know the answer off the bat. They are solution oriented. They really are knowledgeable of their software (front and back) and of benefits. The implementation allowed us to input all the rules we needed in our plans - something we didn't have with a previous vendor. Which resulted in easier billing! This is tough. There is not something that I truly dislike. There has only one instance in which a special pop-up box we requested had some code showing in the text portion. It took a couple of weeks to get resolved. It was inconvenient at the time just because it was "something for us to check back on" . I dislike the search feature, you have to be very specific when typing a search. It needs to include other words, we don't always remember the proper title. Also the new Beta option, I turned this off, I can't seem to see the effective date and what I am approving when it comes to qualifying events. Some employees like to use this time to cancel voluntary insurances instead of just making changes to the ones that pertain to the qualifying event. Maybe a feature can be included in this segment. Their annual support team has been extremely helpful during this VERY BUSY time of the year. They are so attentive and have responded quickly to all of our clients' inquiries as we went through configuration, testing, and the employees' annual enrollment window. This makes such a big difference for our clients. Honestly, out of all the client vendors I've worked with, PlanSource has stood out as going above and beyond: very professional, exceptional attention to detail and outstanding responsiveness. I haven't found anything that I would say I overall dislike. I think if you are multi state and have many different sub groups, plan set up can be a bit overwhelming with the different rules, but that is to be expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Plan Source has been an effective tool in helping employees learn about their benefits, at any time, 24/7. Employee need to realize the value of their healthcare plan and we rely on Plan Source to help us do just that.
