The system is user friendly and is a one stop shop for all of our payroll and HR needs. Their technology eases the administration on our staff and allows integration between payroll and benefits to simplify all of our processes. We utilize their payroll system, benefits and ACA administration, onboarding, and time keeping system. PlanSource's customer service is above and beyond as well. Plansource tells you exactly how much you're contributing per paycheck. At other companies I've worked at, W9s, benefits, payroll breakdowns all sat on different platforms. It was a pain in the butt. Now that we're using Plansource I can login and see ALL my contributions, deductions, and even Health ID cards! It's saved me in a pinch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I forget my username sometimes, and Plansource actually does not have an option to recover your username. You need to know the username of your account in order actually to reset your password, but I wish you were able to just verify via email or have two factor authentication.
