What do you like best about Pivot?

We have been seduced by Pivot as it is one of the only tool in the market that offer a complete solution for the whole P2P process and understand our needs to streamline the process. It is intituitive and user-friendly which allows a quick onboarding for the employees. "Pivot eases the purchase process, allows to derisk and comply, without slowing the business"

What do you like best about Pivot?

- Very easy to use, fast onboarding and adoption by users

- tailored workflow and adapted to our business field and regulation: the workflow allow us to capture purchases that require additional compliance investigations at an early stage.

- Transparency: the user is able to know all steps of the purchase process. and the status of payment of an invoice

-> Gain of time in the process,

-> derisk: suppliers are centralized, and we opted for no PO no pay unabling us to capture exhaustivity of expenses

What do you dislike about Pivot?

Nothing really impactful.

Even Pivot is young, when I mention some features that are nice to have, they have already thought about it and it is planned on the next release. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Pivot solving and how is that benefiting you?

Pivot helps to centralize all documentation, from the request. We were using a ERP, and the process started only at the issuing of the Purchase Order.

In case of audits, this is really helpful as for example the sourcing is in the audit radar.

Internal users could be reluctant to call on a purchase process, as they had no visibility on who to involve, how long will last the process, has the invoice been paid? Pivot gives transparency on every steps of the process to the users.

Having Pivot allows finance to get exhaustivity of the expenses, and commitments. Expenses accruals are more accurate. It allows finance to derisk and it gives more reliability on financials. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Pivot has genuinely improved our expense management"

What do you like best about Pivot?

The user experience is excellent, with a clean and simple interface that allows for quick onboarding. Our initial setup was very smooth and quick, allowing us to start using the tool immediately, all within the record time frame we had set.

The technical team at Pivot is truly knowledgeable and demonstrated great availability to address our needs. We were able to integrate the tool into our processes through an API (albeit limited for now), which allowed us to maximize the use of the software.

Expense tracking is very clear and relevant, giving us a precise overview of our expenses. OCR works flawlessly, eliminating numerous problems associated with automatic text recognition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pivot?

Even though Pivot is already a great tool, I am aware that its development is still ongoing. However, I see this as a great opportunity for the Pivot team to continue their work and further improve the product.

The current limitations are actually a sign that the team is committed to continuing to improve the product and meet user needs.

This is because they actively seek feedback and suggestions for improvement, which demonstrates their commitment to providing a high-quality experience for their users.
