We were using a ERP, and the process started only at the issuing of the Purchase Order. In case of audits, this is really helpful as for example the sourcing is in the audit radar. Internal users could be reluctant to call on a purchase process, as they had no visibility on who to involve, how long will last the process, has the invoice been paid? Pivot gives transparency on every steps of the process to the users. Having Pivot allows finance to get exhaustivity of the expenses, and commitments. Expenses accruals are more accurate. It allows finance to derisk and it gives more reliability on financials. ### 7. Our initial setup was very smooth and quick, allowing us to start using the tool immediately, all within the record time frame we had set. We were able to integrate the tool into our processes through an API (albeit limited for now), which allowed us to maximize the use of the software. Expense tracking is very clear and relevant, giving us a precise overview of our expenses.
