What do you like best about Pipeliner CRM?

Pipeliner had a nice visual appeal and served us well for basic CRM tasks. As referenced by the name, the strongest feature was tracking sales leads using pipelines, in a Kan Ban view. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pipeliner CRM?

Advanced functions were lacking, such as marketing and workflow automation. Also, the price was fairly high for a basic CRM - we felt there were better choices for our money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Pipeliner CRM?

We have used Pipeliner CRM for just over a year now and we are very happy with our decision.

It was easy to customise so that the interface matched our sales process, which has been great for our users as we needed a system that was intuitive and quick to use.

It is also very customisable for reporting, with some nice visual reports on our performance metrics.

The support and training as we set up Pipeliner and thereafter has been great. There are lots of possibilities with integrations and automations which are helping us to be more efficient, and ultimately improve our sales performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
