The result has been better communication and coordination between our marketing, sales and operations departments. Although we're new users, we haven't ran into anything we dislike regarding Pipeliner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Construction jobs may take years to advance from a building design to occupancy permit. Using Pipeliner, we track jobs through a progression of construction phases. The ability to link multiple accounts and contacts to each job provides an important view of all the players at each phase ~ architects, engineers, contractors, developers, and wholesalers. Pipeliner’s Buying Center provides an excellent visualization of the lines of influence between the players. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The Buying Center does not have functionality to keep a Sales Role associated with a contact. For each job, we must reassign the Sales Role to the same person. We do this inefficient task multiple times a day. Also, search results are not in alphabetical order requiring users to scroll through pages of results to find the searched item. The Outlook email plugin worked well. We also liked adding appointments / reminders in Pipeliner CRM that fed into our Outlook calendar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We were generally satisfied with Pipeliner CRM the 2 years we had them. But we did not need them anymore after building out some custom functionality in Airtable, so we decided to cancel.
They told us we “missed our cancelation window” by a week and they insisted on charging us, even though actual renewal was still a few weeks away.
They threatened us with legal action if we did not pay. Eventually they agreed to a 25% discount for our 3 enterprise licenses, but we still paid $3,105 for software we do not need and will not use this year.
Most companies simply prorate your fee if you cancel, but Pipeliner CRM does not.
They are clearly not focused on building long-term client relationships, so work with them at your own risk. We will certainly never do any business with them again, ever. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like Pipeliner because creating tasks is super easy and efficient, it offers variable exclusive sales records for the files since it saves all the data, studies the evaluation and its processes carried out at the time of the sale. This CRM product is intuitive, made for sales, and does not take nearly the time required to get a new employee set up compared to Salesforce.
