What do you like best about Pipedrive?

The interface is modern, easy to use and navigate. It has some brilliant features; it integrates very well with our Google-based services, and, most importantly, the tech support is out of this world! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

There is no "in-between" tier between the Advanced and the Pro pricing.... We need one feature (forecasting), and we need to pay much more, and other features are not needed at all... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Pipedrive?

I love the ability to organize by column as well as being able to create additional column titles as needed. I also love that I can just drag the lead from one column to the next as I move the client through the entire sales process. Pipedrive allows me to visually obtain an overview of the cases I have in underwriting and those that are ready to be closed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

Nothing. I love Pipedrive. The owner of my firm recently switched the team to a different CRM, and it's not nearly as good as Pipedrive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Pipedrive helped us organize our sales while providing a visual representation of where each is in the sales process. The benefit of having a visual indication as opposed to reviewing each client folder is phenomenal. What do you like best about Pipedrive?

When you are importing deals to Pipedrive you can import them to a specific pipeline, simply by designating a column in your spreadsheet that will be associated with the stage option during your import. This also determines which pipeline the deal goes into if you have multiple pipelines. What do you like best about Pipedrive?

I can use it to generate precise marketing campaigns with really impactful content. Plus the interface helps me to have a solid management of any kind of social media productivity.
