What do you like best about Pipedrive?

I am the CRM lead in my company and have never used one before (I am not an IT person either). However, I have been able to adapt Pipedrive to our company's needs very easily and I love how easy it is to use. I have also enjoyed the training webinars! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?

Problems:

Information spread across multiple platforms and systems.

It is difficult to get a full picture of past interactions with potential customers/partners.

Difficult to track and interact with new customers who register through our website.

Multiple sales pipelines, making it difficult to assess progress.

Information can be lost or forgotten.

We have no real data analytics, which means we lack insights into customer behaviour, preferences, or purchasing patterns.

Teams working remotely or across different roles may struggle with collaboration.

We currently have multiple tools which we have to use to bring a customer from prospect to onboarded (spreadsheet, emails, Mailchimp, admin panel, stripe etc.).

Losing track of customer communications, leading to missed opportunities.

Without a system, customers may receive inconsistent or delayed service. As the customer base grows, manually managing relationships will become unsustainable.

What do you like best about Pipedrive?

I love that Pipedrive allows for customizing their product to suit my team and our needs. This platform is versatile and synchs with so many commonly used programs, this program is just beyond easy to use. The implementation was super easy. I don't need to access customer support at this time, but the help guides are awesome. Integration of this software into our process was super easy and the mobile App actually works! As a sales manager with outside sales people, frequency of use and normalizing a process is hard without a working mobile app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

The only thing I dislike about Pipedrive is my dislike for many other similar applications. Pipedrive, like everyone else, has no unique ability to help the prospecting efforts of B2B relationship building. Our sales people get paid on profit dollars. Which Pipedrive tracks, easily and effortlessly, but what tracks visits or customer that aren't generating quotes? Of course there are workarounds that clutter they system with "Deals" and "Pipedrives" but that's the problem... its just more clutter that salespeople don't manage... ugh... this is an everybody problem... not just Pipedirve. What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?

Pipedrive is allowing our team to have a better understanding of our close ratio's and the reality behind each individual account and sales person within the account. Our current industry ERP software don't even get that granual. As a sales leader I want to always support winning accounts and push for new and better business. This absolutely helps with that. WHAT I LIKE MOST ABOUT PIPEDRIVE IS THAT I HAVE THE ABILITY TO KEEP TRACK OF ALL MY SALES AND COWORKERS SALES. IT HELPS ALOT WITH KEEPING TRACK OF CALLS COMING IN AND OUT BY ALLOWING US TO BE ABLE TOLEAVE DETAILED NOTES ABOUT WHAT WE SPOKE ABOUT. What do you like best about Pipedrive?

I like the interface and ease of use. It is very easy to customise pipelines to suit your flow and add tags to contacts to segment your data. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the Campaigns tool - this add-on realises soooo much potential in your data and goves you powerful tools to run email marketing campaigns as often as you want. Pipedrive has been my go-to CRM tool and this is the second business I've run on the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

The base level Essentials subscription doesn't have email sync - that is a real shame as right now, with my new business - I don't have need for the next level up (Advanced) as I am a one-man-band. If the Essentials level did have email sync - it would be ideal for micro-business operators! Also, the LeadBooster is an incredible add-on BUT it is very expensive for micro-businesses like mine. I think having the individual products in this bundle available as separate add-ons would be a massive improvement for small operators like myself. For example - the WebForms is a HUGELY powerful tool that would allow me to onboard prospects straight into Pipedrive but that is the only one of the five I could see me using. What do you like best about Pipedrive?

The best part is that it is easily configurable, and the User Experience is excellent. The ramp-up with the tool is simple, and you don't need consulting firms to set it up. With just a bit of technical knowledge, you can manage the entire tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

The reports are not easy to create and are quite limited. It is true that for basic use, they work very well, but if you want to perform detailed or somewhat complex analyses, you have to export the data and do it externally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

After having it implemented less than 2 weeks ago. we are still very much in the early stages of understanding what we can / cannot do

The only notable "challenge" thus far, was the ability to set up

"SaaS"-like Products, that uses the billing frequence to allocate TCV (Amount field on Deal object)_equally over the billing frequency p/m (MRR), with the 'sum of the monthy values (MRR) for all deals being the key critical data used for the Revenue Forecast in PD.

The developer community, support teams, and other Pipedrive Customers were able to provide guidance that remediated the issue, Extreme which now balance our revenue forecasts. in PD Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Pipedrive?

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

Pipedrive is a bare-bones CRM that is trying (and failing) to be more fully featured.

Every "feature" within Pipedrive beyond the basic Deal-Pipeline flow is about 50% put together and functions like a proof-of-concept copy of someone else's tool.

For example, the e-signing solution built into the app is totally useless. The entire thing is driven through either M365 or GSuite, and all merge fields are submitted through those tools online editors.

As a result, there's no version control, you can never find the signed document after completion, and the agreements you do send for signing look like trash.

When I asked our account rep how I could deal with the fact that the email sync perpetually showed 999+ unread messages, he just told me that most people ignore those alerts.

I constantly received ads for Pipedrive from within Pipedrive. Notification ads for additional integrations, banner ads for webinars. Even the email sync feature kept bugging me to upgrade because we were "running out" of email syncs (you're allowed two per user and I was using one of my two).

The customer service people are nice, but in order to get to them you need to go through the gauntlet of their AI support bot that is not only useless, but an active impediment to you getting any actual assistance.

All of their support is driven through chat, but since they're a little understaffed they usually will get back to you a few hours from your original message, so it ends up being email-driven support but where everything is formatted like a chat, making the entire process pretty awful.

I wouldn't recommend it to an enemy, much less a friend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Pipedrive?

Most CRM's are driven and created by techie people and their understanding of sales. What I love about Pipedrive is that it's clearly been created by sales people and built by the tech people to their needs.

It is easy to set up, easy to use and easy to train people to use it.

Customer support is always helpful, even for a non-technical sales person like myself they always answer my queries in a way I can understand.

I use it for myself and with my clients (Which includes World Ethical Data Foundation - who are super impressed by your product by the way). It keeps me focused on the 20% (80/20 rule of sales), which is something I struggle with, and it helps me improve my sales process and decide what marketing channels are working and what aren't when it comes to what's converting and what isn't and why for myself and my clients. What do you like best about Pipedrive?

I like the usability of the platform.

I am able to easily input leads and monitor their progress.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

i was struggling with my email intergration, i was only on the trial at the time. We changed our server provider from Google to Microsoft and with that it meant i needed to re-intergrate my emails. I was struggling to work out how to do it and i couldn't get past the customer service bot on the website to be able to speak to someone on livechat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Pipedrive?

I am a Life Insurance and Real Estate Broker, and what I love about Pipedrive is its ability to support multiple pipelines. This feature allows me to better organize my leads, distinguishing between life insurance and real estate prospects. You can also upload documents to each leads. Additionally, I can view all my leads conveniently in the list tab. With my current subscription, I can customize fields to suit my business needs, making the platform highly adaptable. The setup process is straightforward. They have a support team that gives you the opportunity to book a session with them to get you set up if you need. Although I did not opt in because I felt it was an easy set up but it is good to know that I can reach out if I need to. I get reminder of upcoming activities to complete, making it helpful to know what needs to be done in a busy workday. Easy integration with Facebook Messenger, Jotform, DocuSign and more. I'll be connecting this with Jotform to gather my leads. So far, I have been using this platform daily to check on my leads. Pipedrive is easy to use, especially for beginners like myself. Overall, it's a great CRM platform for those looking an easy setup at a low cost as well as having multiple pipelines to better organize leads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

One thing I wish Pipedrive would have is the ability to organize the left icons to the different pages. I would like to organize my frequent uses on the top.
