For a medium size agency with a very small business development team, having a "free" CRM was extremely beneficial in terms of overhead. I can best describe it as a very bootstrap experience - the user experience is quite clunky, and it can be very difficult to track a deal with a long historical thread or quite a bit of content. While it ties to your email for notifications, the content of the Pipedrive update is not in the email, which is not ideal. It was also difficult for other team members - such as the Technology Lead or Project Management Lead - to understand when the project was "moved" into their queue. The Pipedrive is the tool that I have the most ease in teaching to use for my new salespeople, besides I had to use its support a few times and in all of them my problem was solved quickly or I was given an alternative way to do what I wanted, I use it every day and if it went offline today my team would be without records (including, I think I'm going to make a backup), I use today only the sales funnel resources and automations, in addition to the insights for daily activity tracking. At a time when I was heavily working on making my Pipedrive as automated as possible, I found some barriers within more complex automations that I would like to have, in addition, I wanted to be able to see the number of open deals by company within the Pipedrive, but this is only possible by extracting an XLSX and doing it myself, I also don't like the project tracking interface and the pre-sales part of it, I've been using other tools to do it for myself. It is the most user friendly CRM i have ever used. From importing data to manually keying in information, it is just simple. It is a tool that we use everyday that helps us achieve our goals. It was also very easy to set up. We utilize Teams integration, Ring Central integrations and are looking to add more. I implemented this myself as a salesperson. The many bugs found in many features, support are not trained enough to know how to resolve issues or ot use teh CRMs features from a real end user perspective, and require extensive work on the customers part to report issues, often again and again as issues dont get resolved. Integration with the mailbox works great, but what I don't like is creating emails in pipedrive itself, I think you should improve the text formatting to be similar to what outlook offers. I don't like the difference between the style sent from Pipe Drive and Outlook. This discrepancy is annoying, I would like my clients to receive messages in the same style from me, regardless of where I send the message from.
