What do you like best about PhoneBurner?

I like that I have been able to eleminate all my papers and manage my contacts in one solution. The ease of use and flexibility to customize it to my needs is remarkable. Then the automated phone dialing in the dialing sessions helps me to make the dials and disposition the contacts all at the same time! Wow, wow, wow! Being able to prerecord voicemails and leave them at the click of a button, makes me more consistant in my message and saves a ton of time! What do you dislike about PhoneBurner?

There is nothing I dislike about it. The monthly cost is hard to swallow at first, but then when you get into it you see the value! I know I will definately make more money by having it to more than cover the cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PhoneBurner?

I love how user-friendly the system is and how organized and effenticent it is to setup my calling folders for my team to make their daily calls.

I've seen other phone dialers and this one is the best one I've seen... by far. Being able to click just once to get to the next caller, is such a great feature that not all other dialers offer.

Plus, their customer support is great. They always reply in a quick and timely manner and always answer the questions I have.

I also love the fact that I can purchase phone numbers from around North America and with ARMOR, my numbers are monitored and if they are flagged as spam, they are negotiated directly with the phone carriers. We don't have to lift a finger, they will take care of everything... which is so great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PhoneBurner?

I wish I had the ability to interchange my phone numbers between my team's contacts. Right now, once the initial call is made to a person, that phone number is attached to that record/contact. I wish I had the ability to change that phone number, after a certain amount of calls were made to that contact, and were unanswered.

24/7 constant support w/ phone support 8AM to 6pm EST (that also allows call backs so don't wait on hold) / onboarding set ups / v mail drops (PRE RECORDED VMAILS BY YOURSELF SO CAN MOVE TO NEXT PERSON AS SOON AS IT GETS TO THEIR VMAIL! / dispositions built into the program / ATS integration, Tags, Saved Searches, Lead Searches, folders, Analytics on when the best time making calls has been for your campaign (available after purchasing #s for $5 and then additional $5 for the ARMOR), ARMOR protection to prevent your calls going to SPAM / being flagged AND having analytics of each call too, followup options / dispositions, adding customized emails / vmails, adding buttons for dispositions, and even templates for able to send emails / (also customizeable) and a VERY FRIENDLY CUSTOMER CARE / SUPPORT / ONBOARDING TEAM. What do you like best about PhoneBurner?

PHONE BURNER IS AWESOME!!! I have tried and set up many various softwares in my carrer working for a mid sized corp and then on my own. Most softwares claim they can do it all, but they always fail to tell us that it takes a village to set up all of the workflows, which discourages most people to use it, and thats' why they leave bad reviews a lto of times. And that is the trend lately with all softwares and most services in genereal - do everything yourself,m dont bother us, here is the library of guides and dumbxx.. AI bot. However to my surprise Phoneburner onboarding was the smoothest and most lovable process of all i had. The rep Carly never told me "well, it depends on how you want it to be set up" . Instead she just asked questionsa about my biz and set up the workflow for me, which was the most important thing for me - it enabled me to get going with my cold calls without wasting time on the set up. Noe that it works for me, i can just enhance it a bit to my liking but overall it is exactly what I needed. She helped me set up all the folders, custom searches, email integrations, email signatures, custom fields, imports, etc. Also what i liked a lot about Phoneburner is that it doesnt have unnecessary extra bells and whistles that other SAAS systems think users are craving for. All i need is to make my cold calls efficient wihtout excessive settings and the system to work fast. Phoneburner does deliver on that Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PhoneBurner?

The best feature of Phone burner is reminder emails, sms and email feature, call tracking and ease of implementation. Its very easy to use and learn the features. I like the ability to add customized tags and search by tags in order to follow up with clients. Sales tracking and pipeline status are helpful to stay organized. What do you like best about PhoneBurner?

We are new to the world of cold calling and the rep at Phone Burner answered all of our questions thoroughly, including best practices around DNC numbers. They partner with a Compliance Center that integrates easily with the program. The setup process was very easy, including the integration with our Salesforce system. The only thing to be aware of is that if you want to utilize the DNC Compliance system, there is an additional charge. We did not initially account for this, but felt it was necessary to use this additional subscription (separate company). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PhoneBurner?

As a mortgage loan officer, PhoneBurner has become an essential tool for my daily workflow. It allows me to power through my contact list efficiently - up to 50 per hour! The ability to leave pre-recorded voicemails and send 1-click follow-up emails based on call outcomes has saved me hours, freeing up time to focus on more valuable client conversations.

I also use the CRM functionality as my needs are pretty minimum. This isn't a robust feature but it certainly works well.

What do you like best about PhoneBurner?

Onboarding - shout out to Juliette - hands on help with setting up the dialer and making sure everything worked the way I liked. Making sure I understood how to operate and set up the local presence feature and that it was working properly. Setting up the emails to send properly, efficiently, and with the ease of literally one click. I have multiple states so it required multiple email templates with unique phone number's specific to each state but instead of it being complex and difficult to navigate Juliette helped me set up each template for each state so it would be with one click at end of each call! Saves so much time. Also, helping with making sure the dialer dispositions were correct for the outcomes I wanted, and that those dispositions sent the lead into the correct folder. Basically streamlining the entire sales process for me. Instead of all the tedious things that occur so many times through the day - once set up to my criteria - the system does almost all the work. Being able to transition from calls, to email, to follow ups, to leads is so smooth and seamless because the actual phoneburner interface is user friendly and simple to navigate once you go through onboarding. It took a little time and I had a lot of questions but Juliette was WAY TOO PATIENT and DILIGENT! 10 STARS! Couldn't be happier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
