What do you like best about PhoneBurner?

PhoneBurner is a great power dialer for companies that don't see a need to dial multiple lines at a time, potentially increasing spam risk. Their Customer Service team is among the best that I have ever dealt with, they pick up the phone promplty, almost alwasy solve my problem on that call and do so with a great attitude. What problems is PhoneBurner solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about PhoneBurner?

The customer support is wonderful and will answer a phone call immediately with your answer, and follow it up with the written instructions. Top notch support. Also, saves a lot of time in dialing! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PhoneBurner?

It does not integrate with my CRM, thereby creating some duplicative work. I do not want to send an email through their system because it brands the email with PhoneBurner's logo. It would be nicer if the contact page would hyperlink the email address for easy email follow up, rather than having to copy and paste. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PhoneBurner?

When I first demo'ed PhoneBurner, I was very pleased and had a good experience with their sales rep. The platform was easy to implement and worked okay as a temporary CRM. Initially their support was very responsive and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PhoneBurner?

Post implementation, after using the platform for over a year, I have constant call quality issues (and do not have issues with any other calling platforms or video conferencing softwares.). I use the platform daily and find it rather unreliable, mainly due to poor call quality. The integrations Phoneburner offers are very basic and definitely leave lots to be desired. Initially, I was blown away bythe platform and it's ease of use; however, I cannot confidently recommend PhoneBurner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PhoneBurner?

PhoneBurner is such a useful product for high volume outbound calling, and data management. Their contact upload process is very easy. The dialer is easy to use and the functionality is easy to customize to our needs. The staff report also made team management straight forward with awesome data visualizations. Their customer support team ruled and helped us find solutions to anything we needed the platform to do. We had a team of 15-30 callers on the platform and it was seamless. What do you dislike about PhoneBurner?

Really not much! We didn't explore the inbound program so I can't comment on that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It allowed us to collect call outcome data incredibly easily and allowed us to make follow up calls without having to re-upload lists. The calls could be marked with buttons on what needed to happen next and the auto-VM feature saved us hundreds of hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PhoneBurner?

The most helpful thing about Phoneburner is the speed it dials and organization. The amount of time I have saved from dialing is unbelievable. It is very friendly to use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The one weakness I have is that PhoneBurner does not intergrate with Outlook Calender in order for me to schedule appts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

PhoneBurner was super helpful for volunteer commit calls, with automatic and emails and SMS followups which made our outreach more efficient, personalized, and impactful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
