Although PFL actively embraces new ideas, it has taken time to grasp our target audience and ideal customer profile. PFL helps make the process of adding physical mailers to Marketing Campaigns much easier. By providing Salesforce integration, campaigns involving email, phones calls & physical mailers can be automated. This means that the coordination and manual steps that might otherwise be necessary on the marketing side are no longer a block to creating new types of campaigns or just evolving existing campaigns. We run into production delays on the PFL side once in a while, although that is typically due to components of a mailer campaign being outsourced. It is also important to be very specific regarding audiences, for example, international mailing requires additional time to be implemented and you won't have any mail going to Canada if the campaign is only designed for the US. As costs are always an issue these days, it can be pricey, depending on how many add-on services one selects, on top of the basic offerings. That being said, it is great that these services are offered but not required. Some companies require customers to select a package whereby you cannot simply pick out individual services to employ, but rather have to select a group of services - all of which you may or may not ultimately use - but you pay for regardless.
