What do you like best about PEX?

I appreciate the simple interface which is great for tracking and funding all the cards but what I really like best is the the customer service. Zach R is always quick to respond to me and help me trouble shoot any issues that pop up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PEX?

It use to be that it took several days to fund the account. When I'm producing a project we rarely have the luxury of time. Everything is urgent. Fortunately, now that issue has been resolved and I'm able to wire funds quickly if the need arises. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PEX?

Ease to setup accounts for my users and fund them. Able to preset spending limits and set where and when they are able use the cards. Customer Support has helped in assisting us with questions or when we needed direction to implement special features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PEX?

The platform is fairly easy to navigate and the PEX knowledgebase is good. Being able to see transaction and then download them into Excel is great for validating purchase receipts. Implementation was straightforward. Customer support to our questions are usually quick response. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PEX?

PEX cards have a set load limit that can be a barrier to how it is used. I had to make a special request to increase the default $5,000 load limit to one that is more practical for our purposes. PEX may not be fore every company, just be clear of how you want to use it and know the limitations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PEX?

PEX cards make it easier to give employees access to spending funds. They don't have to request reimbursements and I don't have to write expense checks. A quick easy solution for all. I use them in both of my businesses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PEX?

It's cumbersome to have to individually review each transaction. I'm only concerned about having a receipt attached so I would love to be able to review them in batches. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"PEX makes employee purchases and tracking easy."
What do you like best about PEX?

The ability to easily upload receipts and relate it to a specific job by entering notes about the purchase. It was easy for our employees to start using and we have 24 employees using it daily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PEX?

The only real downside is that employees can't see how much funds are available so sometimes they will try and make a purchase and it is declined. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PEX?

Great App with ease of use. You can easily view transactions and upload receipts. Transactions also show up immediately, so you don't have to wait to upload your receipts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PEX?

I have not really found anything yet that I dislike about the app. It works great, doesn't seem to have any issues, and is very easy to use. I guess the only complaint I would have is that there are two areas to upload receipts, so that can be confusing in terms of reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
