What do you like best about PEX?

I find PEX easy and convenient to use. It's great for real-time tracking and avoids the hassle of making bank trips or dealing with out-of-pocket expenses. Transferring money is a breeze, and I can handle transactions without the need to be physically present, which is a lifesaver in my line of work. "Quick Setup with User-Friendly Interface"

What do you like best about PEX?

I like how PEX allows us to issue per diem cards and allocate funds instantly. The platform also supports setting spend restrictions, which is really helpful. I appreciate the user interface; it's simple and easy to use. We were able to transition to PEX quickly, getting set up with cards in just seven days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PEX?

I wish there was a way employees could use the card at an ATM and get cash back, and they could just cover the surcharge from the ATM, but they would at least be able to have cash if they so chose. There is no direct integration, which makes it hard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Straightforward Platform"

What do you like best about PEX?

I like PEX because the platform is fairly straightforward and easy to use. There are a number of different modalities to search and organize expenses, which are helpful when tracking expenses over longer periods of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PEX?

I've had a few issues when issuing new cards to teammates new to PEX - it's not always clear where the card is in the process/ tracking it. There have been a couple of occasions where we've had to have the cards resent a few times. "Effortless Money Management with PEX"

What do you like best about PEX?

I like using PEX for money management and keeping our company account straight. It helps with time and visibility. I appreciate the ease of adding money to the main account and dispersing it to other accounts. The initial setup of PEX was super easy, and I love how easy it is to create accounts and set up cards. What do you dislike about PEX?

Regarding multiple funding schedules, we do offer a potential solution through our Batch Funding App, which allows you to set up funding rules to distribute funds across cards. This may support use cases like funding on both the 1st and the 15th, depending on how you’re looking to fund. "Great Transaction Dashboard with Customizable, User-Friendly Reporting"

What do you like best about PEX?

The dashboard I use to view transactions and see who charged what is great. I can run reports and customize it to be user-friendly. I’m just starting to add Tags so I can delegate charges to different departments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you do not find AI tag suggestions helpful, you can turn them off by navigating to Business settings > Profile and disabling the “AI tag suggestion” option. "PEX Makes Company Credit Card Management Effortless"

What do you like best about PEX?

PEX provides a user-friendly portal that makes managing our company's credit cards incredibly easy. Whether it's adding new cards or categorizing transactions, PEX helps our company save both time and money every day. Our onboarding customer support representative ensured that implementing PEX into our daily operations was a seamless transition.
