it allows me to add anything and everything I need, in my own words SO I can keep a clear understanding of my goals Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is no save button when going through the appraisals and adding comments so I was unsure at first if everything was saving. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how simple the platform is. It's very to the point and easy to navigate even for first timers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think it would be helpful to have the drop downs be a little more streamlined. Maybe arranging them to not have so many drop downs but just a big one with everything by needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Performance Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?

The performance appraisals benefitted me by allowing me to reflect and perceive myself and my impact on the ROSS IES team and at the Jackson County AJC. It allowed Kellie, my supervisor, to get a full picture of her team's performance. Once staff completes their appraisal, the next step is staff to meet with Kellie, our Project Director to review both appraisals, aligned side by side, and discuss the strengths, weaknesses, and goals with everyone. The appraisal allows staff to understand their strengths and weaknesses from two different opinions, which allows for a conversation that may be difficult and end up with positive outcomes. I really like that I can see my previous score and be able to evaluate myself on the growth from evaluation to evaluation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am able to load attachments, copy and paste from one system to another and I can date and save without marking complete so that if there are incomplete tasks that need follow-up I can still add more notes and save as complete when everything is finalized.
