I think there's time I don't know what screen I show be on or where to find something because some screens seem similar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've been using the evaluation tool on Performance Pro for several years and have found it to be very user friendly. This is done without compromising the look, feel or value of the tool. The ability to gauge on a scale and then provide supporting comments is of great value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Two factors: One would be the type size of the comments section should be a little larger to facilitate easy review/editing by the user. I have used Microsoft Word to compose/edit my comments then copy and pasted them into the comment box. Second would be that it seems to lack instructions for the next step at the end of the evaluation form. The use has to intuitvely decide to go to the menu on the side of the webpage and select the next step. We don't use Summary Comments, so the next step is to go to Finish Appraisal.

I like that there is a side-bar that allows you to see what portions of the appraisal are available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't like the aspect of non-comprehensiveness. It would be nice to see a progress bar as you move through the appraisal questions. It would also be nice to have a more comprehensive path to follow as you move through the steps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

At least at our organization we have a 1 to 5 scale but in the personal evaluations the 3 is a middle ground but in the goal evals the accomplished level is 4. Just feels a little weird but we can get used to anything as long as we are given heads up to the difference. It took a cycle to learn this difference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
