What do you like best about Performance Pro?

What do you like best about Performance Pro?

The easy to navigate through the factors for each staff member. I was able to actively and effectively asses each staff with ease in understanding the factors (as it provided a description). When the staff had questions on using this platform it was easy for me to navigate them to their appraisals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Performance Pro?

The least helpful would be the navigating to the next steps when marking ready for interview and then clicking merging. Definitions would be helpful so staff can determine which one to select. I can understand the mark ready indicates the completion of the survey. However, what does merging indicate? Also, I think towards the end of the last factor it should be an icon indicating the evaluation is completed or giving the option for the user to select completed. What problems is Performance Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is helping me to gauge our staff in their performance and to provide a platform to provide critique and constructive feedback on their performance. What do you like best about Performance Pro?

I've been using HRN for a while now, and I can honestly say it's one of the most user-friendly appraisal systems I've encountered. The layout is clear and intuitive, so it's incredibly easy to figure out where to go for everything you need. As an employee, I use it to write my own appraisals, and it’s so straightforward that I never feel lost or confused. On the other side of things, I also write appraisals for my direct reports, and the system makes that process just as simple. Navigating between different sections of the platform is a breeze, which really streamlines my workflow. It’s clear that a lot of thought went into the design of HRN, and it makes performance reviews less stressful and more efficient for both managers and employees. I really appreciate how well everything is organized and how easy it is to switch between tasks, whether I'm filling out my own review or providing feedback for my team. What do you dislike about Performance Pro?

There was a period of time when the system would time out too quickly if you were not active enough. After connecting our IT department with HRN we were able to get that resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Performance Pro?

The system is user-friendly, self-explanatory, and simple. I haven't had issues with submissions or pages not loading or deleting data! Having to redo an appraisal would be a huge pain, but fortunately Performance Pro doesn't bug out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Performance Pro?

If the window could function in any size/shape I'd think that would be a big improvement. For example, I just had Performance Pro open and filling one side of my screen and a word doc filling the other side, but in order to view all parts of the PP screen I had to scroll left and right a lot. What do you like best about Performance Pro?

It helps me keep track of when I am trying to stay on task of doing 1 on 1 and lets me know when I did the last one. or if I am having performance issue with one of my staff and we can document it and they can also repond on how to improve and then we can follow up and see how the improvment has progressed. What do you like best about Performance Pro?

Performance Pro can use some major tweaks to its interface and layout to make it more intuitive and user friendly. That isn't to say its the worst but it certainly could be better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Performance Pro?

What do you like best about Performance Pro?

I like that it is a centralized location for goals and information to be stored/retained. It is nice to be able review past reviews and reflect back on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish the platform was more user friendly or it let you know that your responses are saved. I feel like the Performance Pro site could be more upgraded. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Performance Pro?

Onced figuring out how to use the program to complete my employee appriasal it was nice that each section showed you a check mark to show that section was in fact completed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It was hard to navigate at first, once done with a section you cannot use the next button, compared to having a done button to indicated I was finished with that section of the appraisal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Performance Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?

As te employee, I believe it is to help our employers determine what areas we are sufficent in and those where we can use improvement. As an employee, and having us self rate, It essentially lets know wher we think we are and know the areas our eployers monitor us and self rating helps us see where we can improve internally.

When we get the final appriazal compairing our ratings and our suoervisors shows the areas where you may feel like you are doing well and if it matches with the persception your work gives off to your suoervisor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
