The easy to navigate through the factors for each staff member. I was able to actively and effectively asses each staff with ease in understanding the factors (as it provided a description). When the staff had questions on using this platform it was easy for me to navigate them to their appraisals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The least helpful would be the navigating to the next steps when marking ready for interview and then clicking merging. Definitions would be helpful so staff can determine which one to select. I can understand the mark ready indicates the completion of the survey. However, what does merging indicate? Also, I think towards the end of the last factor it should be an icon indicating the evaluation is completed or giving the option for the user to select completed. I've been using HRN for a while now, and I can honestly say it's one of the most user-friendly appraisal systems I've encountered. The layout is clear and intuitive, so it's incredibly easy to figure out where to go for everything you need. As an employee, I use it to write my own appraisals, and it’s so straightforward that I never feel lost or confused. On the other side of things, I also write appraisals for my direct reports, and the system makes that process just as simple. Navigating between different sections of the platform is a breeze, which really streamlines my workflow. It’s clear that a lot of thought went into the design of HRN, and it makes performance reviews less stressful and more efficient for both managers and employees. I really appreciate how well everything is organized and how easy it is to switch between tasks, whether I'm filling out my own review or providing feedback for my team. There was a period of time when the system would time out too quickly if you were not active enough. After connecting our IT department with HRN we were able to get that resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The system is user-friendly, self-explanatory, and simple. I haven't had issues with submissions or pages not loading or deleting data! Having to redo an appraisal would be a huge pain, but fortunately Performance Pro doesn't bug out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If the window could function in any size/shape I'd think that would be a big improvement. For example, I just had Performance Pro open and filling one side of my screen and a word doc filling the other side, but in order to view all parts of the PP screen I had to scroll left and right a lot.
