I find it to be an outstanding app, not just for tracking the company's goals, but it has also greatly assisted me in defining these objectives. The tutorial videos are helpful, and the interface is clear and very user-friendly. There is no integration with Outlook Calendar so you have to create your 1:1 meetings there as well, double work.

The check-ins are clunky. It never saves the pulse rating so even though it is the first field to complete I always have to go back at the end and select the pulse again before completing the check in

There is no easy way to mark if you are away when a check-in is due, it requires too many clicks

The strategy chart should roll upwards, so if you complete an objective that is part of the larger strategy then this should be reflected in the next level up's OKR

The metrics to meausre success should be expanded on and should include a decsending option. You might want to end up with a result that = 0 so allowing for this would be good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Perdoo is an excellent and simple business strategy tool, allowing teams to define and link what they are trying to achieve with key result areas, initiatives and KPIs. and to effectively manage and update these on a regular ongoing basis. Things we like:

- Simple intuitive interface

- Visual objective mapping and easy to understand cadences

- Excellent check-in reporting, and linkages to key result and intiative progress

- Great help materials and support from the Perdoo team make onboarding a breeze

- KPI board visualisations

- Good integrations across a range of other apps and platforms

- Minor niggles with some of the newer integrations, e.g Microsoft Teams SSO not working as well as it could.

- KPI updates can be a bit confusing when you are running monthly KPI tracking (getting the updates into the right month). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
