You're given a lot of options to use with it and it makes for an easier workflow, when it comes to hiring / talent management as well as performance pay. It makes some of the most difficult tasks simplified and manageable. The Compliance training is also excellent. PeopleFluent Succession Planning fails to provide all the tools, for planning and mapping out our strategies. It remains less user friendly and difficult to navigate. The abundance of data it provides is overwhelming at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For HR planning and operations we need to track our staff and prospective successors, and map out career plans. We actually use it in our company for all staff and career plans for all staff. Its great targeted system gives us all the tools we need when we haven't had them before. The ability to track current staff, track and map competencies for annual employee reviews, staff can set goals and keep track of them quarterly when we have manager 1 on 1s. Its given us all the tools we need to plan and map out plans, however given its a standalone dedicated targeted solution we find it harder to learn than other common tools we were using. PeopleFluent Succession Planning takes a comprehensive view of Internal Talent. It believes assessing current employees to fill some roles based on their merit.This results in retaining and growing the talent which is already present within the organization.
