**What do you like best about PeopleFluent Talent Management?**

We use the system for several types of performance and clinical plans.  We have been able to modify performance plans to serve a variety of needs.  PeopleFluent has been very responsive and is always able to help us configure the system for our needs.  Customer Service is excellent, our customer success manager, consultants, help desk and the rest of the team are very knowledgeable and helpful.

**What do you dislike about PeopleFluent Talent Management?**

We have high-volume data need that can sometime impact our system.   But PeopleFluent has been working with us to create a solution for exporting large amounts of data.

**What problems is PeopleFluent Talent Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need to have performance and clinical evaluations plan stored so the records can be pull as needed.   Paper evaluations take a large number of hours scan in the HRMS system and need storage space.  Paper evaluation can also get lost and then there is no record of them.    Some of our locations get and they need to provide the evaluations that day.  With all of our evaluations in Performance management they are all saved and can easily be exported.

Succession planning is a high priority for our leadership.  Employees can be easily automatically placed in the calibration grid based on performance and assessment score and moved to other boxes live during a session with leadership.

**What do you like best about PeopleFluent Talent Management?**

Workflows are very well defined and it keeps everything together in one system and is highly organized.  User friendly for the end user when they are in the right plans.

**What do you dislike about PeopleFluent Talent Management?**

You cant move reviews or data between plans so if someone is in the wrong plan then you have to send it back, copy it out, put them in the correct plan and then they have to cut and paste the information back into their current new plan.  Then you have to get rid of the old plan or they will be in two.  If there is one thing I would like to see an enhancement on it would be to automatically write the contents of one plan to the new one when mapping has gone wrong.

**What problems is PeopleFluent Talent Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a standardized way to conduct performance reviews that works on a Global scale.   We are very glad it scales to other countries and many locations in the US.   It helps keep all processes consistent and helps with the timing of opening, interacting with and closing out plans for everyone in our company, worldwide.

**What do you like best about PeopleFluent Talent Management?**

How organized it is. There are so many things that can be configured that other applications don't allow for. Customer Support is also a plus. We have access to our partners every day if we have questions.

**What do you dislike about PeopleFluent Talent Management?**

Configurations can be a lot when we are trying to create something from scratch. There is a lot to think about and a lot to remember when we are configuring. If we change the label of something that is out of the box, we have to remember what we changed it to.

**What problems is PeopleFluent Talent Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company has access to all things Talent in one system instead of using multiple applications.

PeopleFluent Succession Planning fails to provide all the tools, for planning and mapping out our strategies. It remains less user friendly and difficult to navigate. The abundance of data it provides is overwhelming at times.

**What do you dislike about PeopleFluent Talent Management?**

Ive noticed that PeopleFluent Succession Planning lacks flexibility and customization options. It does not work well in industries and for roles but it falls short when it comes to tailoring the planning process according to each companys individual needs.

**What problems is PeopleFluent Talent Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The software interface is a bit clunky and not very user friendly which makes navigation and utilization somewhat hectic. With its features, it fails to allow us to identify and nurture talent not ensuring a simple transition, for key positions.

We use this often for evaluation and learning and have found it very helpful, it allows for peer evaluation as well as personal with goal settings for yourself and the company as a whole.

Sometimes registering for learning modules is difficult.

**What do you like best about PeopleFluent Talent Management?**

For HR planning and operations we need to track our staff and prospective successors, and map out career plans.   We actually use it in our company for all staff and career plans for all staff.   Its great targeted system gives us all the tools we need when we haven't had them before.  The ability to track current staff, track and map competencies for annual employee reviews, staff can set goals and keep track of them quarterly when we have manager 1 on 1s.

**What do you dislike about PeopleFluent Talent Management?**

Its given us all the tools we need to plan and map out plans, however given its a standalone dedicated targeted solution we find it harder to learn than other common tools we were using.  (We weren't using dedicated software before, just various tools that are part of every office software)

**What problems is PeopleFluent Talent Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our organisation was undergoing either a investment stock market float / IPO.   Our current team were handing over the reigns.  We needed to plan our new team, plan all our successive staff career moves, and work out what a new team would look like after the handover.
We work in Human Resources Operations / Managed Payroll Services company, and recommend HR software that we have including PeopleStreme, however internally, we wanted something to keep track of all our current Talent and we tried PeopleFluent to do this.

I loved this software at a previous job for its different visuals and reports. It gets you thinking about how to best utilize talent in a company, especially as you grow.

**What do you dislike about PeopleFluent Talent Management?**

I think it works just as it should.if anything it gave me too much data at times that I could get overwhelmed.

A lot of the manual work of planning succession planning! I used it for a template and it helped me keeps things organized very well, in which I wouldn't have been able to do.

**What do you like best about PeopleFluent Talent Management?**

PeopleFluent Succession Planning takes a comprehensive view of Internal Talent. It believes assessing current employees to fill some roles based on their merit.This results in retaining and growing the talent which is already present within the organization. The employees have a feeling of job satisfaction due to this.

**What do you dislike about PeopleFluent Talent Management?**

The least helpful thing about PeopleFluent Succession Planning is that you can see people's internal position in an organization. Atleast , I could see that in mine. This creates a feeling or superiority or inferiority amongst the employees.

**What problems is PeopleFluent Talent Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PeopleFluent Succession Planning is helping to reduce business expenses by discovering the people who are the right fit for the job. Reskilling current employees for future positions is much more cost-effective than seeking external candidates to fill the open roles.

The control panel along the lefthand side makes the tool super easy to navigate and use, and the ability to use view ket dates on the main page.

**What do you dislike about PeopleFluent Talent Management?**

The graphics and UX has not moved a lot from the original People Fluent.

**What problems is PeopleFluent Talent Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When I was using People Fluent SP in my previous role, the open roles and positions were highly specialized and individual to that company. PFSP allowed agencies and in-house recruiters to add as much detail as needed.

As of now, I don't see any drawbacks, as the product has required and relevant features.

**What do you like best about PeopleFluent Talent Management?**

PeopleFluent is extremely easy to navigate. It also integrates with other systems easily.
You're given a lot of options to use with it and it makes for an easier workflow, when it comes to hiring / talent management as well as performance pay. It makes some of the most difficult tasks simplified and manageable. The Compliance training is also excellent. It saves a lot of time and headache getting information in front of employees right away.

There are some aspects that isn't enough customization for what our company used to use it for.

**Recommendations to others considering PeopleFluent Talent Management:**

There are some features that PeopleFluent offers that others in the same industry do not. This makes for a great selling point. Talent Management through other systems seems to be a bit complicated. With PF it makes talent management so much more manageable and the ability to automate things helps, too. As a company it makes a huge difference, so you don't have to go to each individual to check on their progress.

They had very streamlined tools that are usable for many departments.

Not exactly intuitive to use. I don't like that you have to have a code in addition to username and password - always forgetting the code!

I like in particular the easy goal setup and fast tracking how it is going on and implemented. Another thing is to be highlighted with the internal job openings under the same tool so anybody can easily browser what's going on when it comes to HR related matters.

**What do you dislike about PeopleFluent Talent Management?**

The queries/filters are not typically easy defined. Not very convenient on usage. The format when you look up one particular position seems a little malformed.

If you want a one-stop solution for flexible goal settings and fast tracking, as well as integrating other HR matters like internal job markets etc, this is the right one for you.

It helped a lot when it comes to the performance management and fast tracking the performance. Also it's easy to browse the internal job market for all available positions. So very useful HR tools to manage and facilitate the HR matters.

The interface is relatively easy to use; with simple walk-throughs and step-by-step navigation. From the Admin side, PeopleFluent completely supports their product and provides excellent training.

It's not the cheapest (but, then again, you get what you pay for).

Sometimes the filters are not well defined and sometimes the search formatting loads a bit different.

**What do you like best about PeopleFluent Talent Management?**

Very intuitive and easy to use system for tracking billable hours and handling manager approval up to HR for payment on the contract. Very easy to use and detailed query and reporting options that are beneficial to users at all levels.

**What do you dislike about PeopleFluent Talent Management?**

I suppose it would be nice if there was a way to customize or flag days for the purposes of tracking. Something like entering an asterisks into the hours for a day flags that day as an unpaid day off while a hash tag denotes sick time hours used, etc.

**Recommendations to others considering PeopleFluent Talent Management:**

Very easy to use and great tool that offers versatility across your organization for billable hour timesheets. Can't think of much this tool doesn't offer and have heard from colleagues that PeopleFluent is pretty good about taking user community suggestions and implementing them effectively.

**What problems is PeopleFluent Talent Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time tracking of billable hours to submit to the client for a contract. It has allowed all levels of the client and contractor side to easily be able to see and review the billable hours, approve/manage the hours and obtain reports or answering questions through queries.

**What do you like best about PeopleFluent Talent Management?**

We use the Compensation, Performance Management and Succession Planning. What we like best is the: 
Ease of system, user-friendly, intuitive even for people who have not had training in the system, visually appealing 

**What do you dislike about PeopleFluent Talent Management?**

On the Performance Management side, cannot proxy in as everyone, you have to individually go in to proxy each person. With a larger company over thousands of people, not so easy for administrators.  
The recruiting aspect did not meet all of our needs otherwise we would have used it.

**What problems is PeopleFluent Talent Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have realized benefits on the Performance side, very user friendly for our employees and intuitive. Our employees have found it easy to use.

I like the flexibility the product has with Performance Management

I dislike the limitations around reporting, including the lack of using outer joins.

If you are not looking to replace the entire HRIS solution, Peoplefluent is a best of breed product suite that provides great integration at a reasonable investment.

**What do you like best about PeopleFluent Talent Management?**

The Talent Management modules, mainly Performance Management and Succession.  There is great flexibility to customize and design the system to work for any organization.  The interface is very user friendly.  Really love that Peoplefluent offers such a broad array of interconnecting HR process modules and that they can be rolled out individually and to any number and classification of employees.

**What do you dislike about PeopleFluent Talent Management?**

Data imports are challenging, especially if automatic feeds between HRIS systems are not possible. 

**Recommendations to others considering PeopleFluent Talent Management:**

Great interface for users.  I love this system.  As an administrator you have the ability to design the interface to suit your company's needs and culture and to control security and accessibility.  

**What problems is PeopleFluent Talent Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Global view of HR data, since we have multiple regional HRIS systems which can't "talk" to each other.  On-line Performance Management system, having moved from a paper process. On-line view of Succession information at the click of a button.

- The support we get from both our analysts and the help desk is wonderful.  They are timely and responsive, and work to explain issues and drive better configuration practices wherever possible.
- The interface process is versatile and easy to use, and it allows for easy integrations with surrounding systems
- The role based configuration of the system allows for a lot of flexibility in how we use the system

**What do you dislike about PeopleFluent Talent Management?**

- There is no way to batch remove inclusions and exclusions within a performance plan
- The proxy rights for ex-employees don't automatically come of the list.  While the ex-employees don't have access to the system it isn't clean

PeopleFluent is very easy to use and can be configured in multiple ways to obtain multiple results.  If you bring the analysts ideas they can find ways to make them work.  The responsiveness and expertise of their analysts/help desk staff is great.  All around, a great company to do business with.

**What problems is PeopleFluent Talent Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have utilized PeopleFluent to create not only annual reviews and semiannual reviews, we have created rolling review processes tied to inventory schedules and 60-90 day follow ups.  This has made it easier to track multiple types of cycles as well as multiple types of data.  All this is easily tied in to the salary planning portion of the package allowing us to better drive merit increases.

**What do you like best about PeopleFluent Talent Management?**

CAAMS has the flexibility to allow for multiple corporate, company and job group structures but remains very user friendly whether the company has 500 or 20,000 employees. The outsourcing option is also excellent allowing you to keep control of your data but ensure a second eye reviews and cleans for audit readiness.

**What do you dislike about PeopleFluent Talent Management?**

 I do wish there was an outsourcing option that still allowed the customer to view the CAAMS database in real time.

**What problems is PeopleFluent Talent Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There is a large time savings when using the CAAMS outsourcing product as well as peace of mind that your reports are audit ready.

You can upload pdf files of almost any size.

**What do you dislike about PeopleFluent Talent Management?**

It loads very slowly.  Searching for a person is very slow. There are too many little steps and filters you have to select to even begin searching for a name.  You cannot easily view the notes.  You have to hover over the message box and you cannot copy the message either.

**Recommendations to others considering PeopleFluent Talent Management:**

If you need step by step help this is not the system for you.  The company does not want negative information out there about their software.  It is impossible to get help specific to your businesses needs with PeopleFluent.

**What problems is PeopleFluent Talent Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was using PeopleFluent to upload medical documents for hospitals we were sending nurses to for jobs.

If the company had more employees and was utilizing it for more than just annual salary and bonus review cycle, not sure if the product could handle.

We used PeopleFluent for our annual salary and bonus review cycle.  The biggest benefit was we were able to automate the process.

Overall it was a very user friendly system to navigate through.  I used it primarily for timekeeping with our employees

Correcting/editing timecards - it was confusing on how to enter the correct time without it adding to the existing approved hours.
