I noticed that Penny Inc. needs to improve transparency regarding its systems capabilities. It would be better if they provided a demonstration to avoid any surprises. Our accountant suggested we find an alternative to the spreadsheet we ran our driver's cost recovery information from and Penny has made it so much easier. We can easily manage all our fleet now and there is no risk of any misuse by staff (which has been a problem in the past). And it's free... no complaints there. What I like best about Penny Inc. is that it has given our organization a platform by which we can provide direct transfer payments on reloadable cards, while eliminating overhead costs. Our agency provides food/fuel cards to clients in various programs which we administer, but we lacked the available to be able to track these services once cards were issued out to clients. Penny Inc. has allowed us to obtain additional insight to customer needs based on spending patterns, and recover funds from lost or stolen cards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The dashboard can be a little slow, and you may need to refresh the page in order to continue working. Also the balance seems to be throw by a few pennies after loading or various fund transfers (deposits/card loads) but customer support by Penny Inc. is very responsive in helping clear these issues. I have been using Penny for over two years and we have not had any issues. Penny and its staff are always ready to help and resolve any issues as they arise. Penny always expedites new cards when needed. I usually send a support ticket several times a week in regards to ACH's. Penny and the staff always resolve my support tickets in a very timely manner. We use to be able to load our Penny cards with a credit card on file. This was especially nice so I could rack up on travel reward points. I really hope they get this back soon. Other than that, Everything is peachy kind with Penny. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There used to be an option to add funds via credit card instead of a bank account, allowing for immediate funds rather than waiting for the ach transfer. That was really convenient in case there was a last minute need for more funds than expected. It would be great if that was brought back, but in the mean time it is ok without that option.
