I am currently responsible to review and implement all third party softwares internally for our organisation, by far this has been the best experience interacting with a Saas company. Right from the first demo to our onbaording and then a dedicated customer support everything was delightful and above expectations. The internal coordination (Sales & Product), committments and expectation setting was the best part. There was an answer / solution of almost 90% of our custom requirements (might be even more). It was not only about selling the software subscription but to understand the use case and provide that value addition along with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Can't really think of one there was nothing as such to dislike, I only regret we couldn't proceed further using Peakflo for our internal operations because of a few internal use cases and workarounds from our in-house product. We would give a thought to reevaluate once we scale up our ops in the coming future and have core prds for our AP & AR. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like about Peakflo is that it simplifies budget management, especially accounts payable, because we can easily see the aging of each vendor. Additionally, if there is an invoice from a vendor, it is automatically entered into the Peakflo system, and we can also pay vendors from Peakflo without admin fees. What I don't like about Peakflo is that when the web has been open for a long time, it sometimes becomes unresponsive, so it often needs to be refreshed. Also, when exporting, the data obtained is still messy, so we have to tidy it up again to filter it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
