What do you like best about Peakflo?

The dashboard, where you can easily find the reports you need. And it loads quickly without delay when searching for details or account information of customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Peakflo?

Maybe, it should also be possible to put or add features here that can encode the history of follow-ups with customers (like calls, text/sms or skip tracing). Always have a basis, especially for those customers who are difficult to talk to, take a long time not being contacted, have billing complaints, and take a long time to pay their receivables. What problems is Peakflo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sending reminders is easy; no need to send them manually. So customers receive their billing reminders on time. And know immediately if customers have a problem with their billing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Peakflo?

Makes our task a lot easier. No more manual follow-up emails/sms to our customers, and it helps us to collect on time and to be able to know quickly which customer paid us by uploading their proof of payment in the peakflo. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Peakflo?

1. The efficiency of Peakflo in the payment process to vendors.

2. The budgeting process is simple to analyze and almost accurate.

3. The apps is user friendly

What do you like best about Peakflo?

Peakflo is very easy to use. Onboarding to Peakflo was pretty straightforward - we didn't encounter many issues. The team behind Peakflo is also very responsive to questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Peakflo?

The payload gets too heavy. When sending an update request to Peakflo with just the required attributes and the values I want updated, some existing values get removed if it's not included in the payload sent. For example, if I want to update the total outstanding amount, I still need to send all the line items even if nothing has changed since they will get deleted if they're not in the payload. What do you like best about Peakflo?

I feel that Peakflo's workflow automation has the flexibility to cater to various business needs. It is highly customizable and would definitely recommend for startup companies, especially for those using common account systems whereby the data can be easily mapped over to Peakflo's platform. What do you dislike about Peakflo?

Peakflo does not yet have the capability to sync data at an order tracking level, therefore our day-to-day operations data is not visible via the platform. I could only use the platform for invoicing and accounting reporting purposes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Peakflo helps by eliminating manual processes that used to be in place. The timely and periodic automatic triggering of payment reminder emails to our clients has greatly improved our debt recovery process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
