What do you like best about pdf2cad?

1- Pdf drawings can be easily converted to cad drawings.

2- Saves a lot of drafting time.

3- It is easy to use.

4- Conversion is fast and accurate.

5- Very useful for converting old drawings to cad, as most are in pdf format. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about pdf2cad?

1- Scanned pdf is converted to cad blocks. These blocks are time-consuming to edit later on.

2- Texts are converted to blocks. Which then needs to retype.

3- Some unnecessary lines get added in drawings that need to be cleaned. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is pdf2cad solving and how is that benefiting you?

For existing building projects, clients usually have pdf drawings.

So I use pdf2cad to convert pdf files to cad drawings, saving a lot of time and effort.

It helps me to achieve the deadline for the drawings submission to clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. Sometimes text is converted into blocks or hatch patterns which is difficult to edit.

2. Sometimes scanned pdf is converted into an image in cad. this happens mostly with very old pdf drawings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about pdf2cad?

I absolutely love the fact that you can convert PDFs back into a CAD file. This software does a very good job at that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't like how sometimes it brings in the text as filled regions or linework and not as editable texts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
