I have used Paysimple for over 1 1/2 years. My main reason to for using this service is for the automatic monthly payments option. Once, my account was deactivated accidentally because of a bug in their system, but they fixed it quickly and were very kind about the ordeal. Their automated emails are a bit dis-organized - I get emails talking about a problem that has already been resolved.
