PaySimple is an easy to use product with great pricing and great customer service. They check in with me on a regular basis to see if there are any needs, questions, or suggestions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
For a few years now I have been asking for the ability for me to list it as a quote, not just an invoice. They say it is the works, but I haven’t see it yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love the feel of the set up and how easy it is to move around. The main customer screen is what I like the best. At a glance, you can review current payment schedules set up, last and next payments that will run, the customer contact info, payment information, ect..... The customer service dept. is very easy to get a hold of and goes above and beyond to correct any issues or help you find answers. Very nice too! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike the ease of changing things and editing payment plans. When a customer wants to change from banking information to credit card, things have to be completly redone. You cannot just change it over.
Also, I dislike that the if a customer makes a one time payment and it is applied to the balance, the payment plan will still not stop on time when the balance is zero. We had one customer that ended up paying over by $600 something because the payment plan did not stop when it should have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like best about paysimple is the ability and ease to process payments using e-checking account or credit card. The process is pretty straightforward and the results are quick and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I dislike about paysimple is having to click on the calendar multiple times just select a specific pay date. For example if you have a payment that is reoccurring on the first of the month, you have to click the calendar two to three times before it populates the entry. I like using Paysimple because it has multiple features. The ease of taking one time payments or setting up specific future dates for payments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't like processing the payment through the checking account because it can still be declined days after it's authorized due to the customer disputing the payment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love the fact it is so user friendly. You can link expenses with it as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish there were More tutorials involved so things were better understood Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ease of this modular is very good. You are able to put future payments for account holders and draft bank or credit card Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's tedious sometimes and you can't get out of something else you are doing Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that the amounts received are used as data to graph how much is collected per day/month/quarter, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't like that when I go to collect new payment, and I start typing in the customer name, that it doesn't show the full name until you select it. There are some customers that we have here that either have the same name, or same name with a different location tagged on the end of it, so it can be time consuming to click on the wrong one until it's the correct customer. I like that it is fairly simple to handle ACH and CC clients in the same program. As long as there are no changes to the schedules, its fairly smooth sailing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I started from scratch and now have about 200 active customers, on pay simple. 1.) Customer service is available only during limited hours. I often have important questions before 10am or evenings or weekends, and they are closed... 2._ Common things like changing a customers billing/invoice date or amount are extremely confusing and you generally have to start from scratch everytime. Changing where the invoice/receipt gets sent are extremely confusing to navigate. 3.)When setting up an account, there is no space to put a clients phone number extension.. 4.) I was told at a certain benchmark I would be entitled to reduced billing fees. Now that I have qualified, I have inquired about this before and am getting the runaround for months. That is a bait and switch and I feel slighted. 5.) The fees are numerous and tough to understand. Ive done the math and when its al said and done, I'm paying 4%+ on my total CC/DB transactions..(even though the majority of my clients use VISA). There are many other monthly fees, costs, charges, and it adds up to a lot.
. Ive complained about these things before and I get a canned response that its in the works. Of course nothing ever changes. I have no other choice but to start comparing options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As for me, it is the better step to accept payments, market services and, of course, the better way to hold our clients. It is a real pleasure to work with the most flexible payments platform. My company would like to have a faster process of payment acceptance. At least, it is will help me to save my time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Generally, the platform is working well and doesn't make any bad issue to my business. It was a few situations when we receive payments with some delay, but it is within the permissible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
