The support I receive from the various teams at PayPro is my favorite part of the system and service. The HRIS team is very reponsive and willing to do get on a video call to work through my issue or quesiton. The payroll team is the best with very fast reply times when I need it most and the tax team has solved our biggest problem of know which taxes we need to be set up for and alerting us to new ones when aplicable. We have employees in 29 different states so this is what saves my sanity. We came from the ADP call center level of service and the difference a dedictaed team of support personnel has helped our process from HR to benefits to payroll has been a game changer. The customer service. Anytime I need any help our module reps are always ready and willing to help. You never have to wait or have a hard time getting in touch. They are right there available to us in a prompt manner. While training and onboarding they also were beyond helpful and VERY personal. The training experience was great.
The website is also such an ease to use! You can make any custom report you would like with the click of a button. The payroll process is very straight forward and easy to use. Makes processing quick & easy with little room for error. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ongoing training. We have a new HR employee and shes had a tough time learning the system and finding videos on the system without having to pay for training sessions.
Also the security of entering a code every 7 days for employees is so excessive. We have employees that do not even have cell phones. Very inconvenient Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As a small business with very complicated reporting, under 50 employees across ten states, Paypro has been able to create processes and reports that support our unique needs. I have been impressed with the fact that we have dedicated customer service folks, as that has not been my experience with other companies, given our small size.

The ability to change settings for very specific reports is wonderful. There was so much hands on assistance when we began implementation and all of our questions were answered. Our PTO accruals still have not been set up correctly, regardless of the multiple attempts at correcting issues. Paypro's customer service is excellent !!! The entire Paypro Team, especially Sue, is always reliable and go above and beyond to assist you. I feel that pay pro reports aren't that helpful, and I often have to create my own. Also, many times our teammates are getting the erro message "account information invalid" when trying to login, but their username and password is correct. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
