What do you like best about Paypro Workforce Management?

The support I receive from the various teams at PayPro is my favorite part of the system and service. The HRIS team is very reponsive and willing to do get on a video call to work through my issue or quesiton. The payroll team is the best with very fast reply times when I need it most and the tax team has solved our biggest problem of know which taxes we need to be set up for and alerting us to new ones when aplicable. We have employees in 29 different states so this is what saves my sanity. We came from the ADP call center level of service and the difference a dedictaed team of support personnel has helped our process from HR to benefits to payroll has been a game changer. What do you dislike about Paypro Workforce Management?

The continued updates lose me occassionally but luckily the support team is alwasy available to get me up to speed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Paypro Workforce Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

Until we started with PayPro our part time employees completed and scanned their paper time sheets, now they are able to complete them online. Also, prior to PayPro our on-boarding and new hire paperwork was done via email and attachments that new hires would have to print out, complete and return via email. Paypro enables all of the paperwork to be completed right on the platform in an easy to use process.

The assitance provided with the tax functions has been the biggest problem solver for us. They help ensure that we are set up and registered for all of the payroll taxes we should be and they file and follow up with the agencies if there are questions or problems. What do you like best about Paypro Workforce Management?

The customer service. Anytime I need any help our module reps are always ready and willing to help. You never have to wait or have a hard time getting in touch. They are right there available to us in a prompt manner. While training and onboarding they also were beyond helpful and VERY personal. The training experience was great.

The website is also such an ease to use! You can make any custom report you would like with the click of a button. The payroll process is very straight forward and easy to use. Makes processing quick & easy with little room for error. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paypro Workforce Management?

Ongoing training. We have a new HR employee and shes had a tough time learning the system and finding videos on the system without having to pay for training sessions.

Also the security of entering a code every 7 days for employees is so excessive. We have employees that do not even have cell phones. Very inconvenient Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Paypro Workforce Management?

As a small business with very complicated reporting, under 50 employees across ten states, Paypro has been able to create processes and reports that support our unique needs. I have been impressed with the fact that we have dedicated customer service folks, as that has not been my experience with other companies, given our small size.

I am listed as the administrator as I can only choose one category, but I am also the primary user of the system Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paypro Workforce Management?

The downside I have found is that there are some errors and changes in reporting that I need made that cannot be completed as they are not a priority for UKG. This is the only place I have found a lack of communication in regular updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Saving me time as we just implemented open enrollment and onboarding.

What do you like best about Paypro Workforce Management?

The ability to change settings for very specific reports is wonderful. There was so much hands on assistance when we began implementation and all of our questions were answered. Even though we only use PayPro Workforce One for payroll processing every other week, it an easy process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paypro Workforce Management?

Our PTO accruals still have not been set up correctly, regardless of the multiple attempts at correcting issues. There have been meetings with the VP of Customer Service that have still left our PTO balances out of where they should be which is very frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

None, we have had ongoing issues since implementation that still have not been solved. We were expecting a product that would largely remove us from the payroll process but that is not what we received, all PayPro is doing for us is processing the payroll taxes. For me, the best part of Workforce is that I can process our payroll in less than half the time that it took me with our previous company. The process is seemless. If there is ever an issue, the team at Paypro is always there to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
