Payhawk has been a game-changer for our expense management. What really stands out is how simple and intuitive it is. The app's clean design makes navigating a breeze, and submitting expenses, especially via the mobile app, is incredibly fast. I appreciate not having to wrestle with complicated interfaces anymore. It's user-friendly, efficient, and has freed up valuable time. If you're looking for a stress-free expense solution, Payhawk is definitely worth considering. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've noticed the Android app can be quite slow to load the card section, which can be frustrating when needing quick access. Also, while Payhawk cards are Visa-backed, we've encountered issues using them in certain countries, like Romania, despite Visa acceptance being advertised. Addressing these performance and international usability issues would make an otherwise fantastic platform even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Payhawk makes expense management incredibly easy and efficient. The platform is intuitive, with a clean interface that simplifies tracking, approvals, and reporting. The automation features save a lot of time, especially for reconciling expenses and integrating with accounting software. The ability to issue corporate cards with flexible controls is also a big plus, giving our team the freedom to manage spending while maintaining full oversight. While Payhawk is a great tool, the mobile app could be slightly more responsive at times. Additionally, adding more customization options for reports would be a helpful improvement. However, the customer support team is always responsive and open to feedback, which makes a real difference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One area for improvement would be the reporting feature, which could benefit from more customisation options to better suit diverse business needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is easy to apply the expenses right after using the card.
This is very good to not lose receipts.
It is very good to have this company card. I like the possibility of having it on my cell phone wallet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The difficulty to add the km and stops. Also, sometimes due to the traffic, I need to take different routes and most likely the travel gets longer and I lose money when that happens.
It is very difficult check the expenses that were paid and the ones were not.
For exemple I cannot find the expenses that the company did not pay me back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The integration between browser and app versions is very strong, making the entry or edit of expenses very straightforward. Currency support is also very strong, which makes overseas expenses very easy to handle. The card limit management functions are also very strong. I have tried many expenses systems and found Payhawk to be by far the easiest to use and I don't find it a chore. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes it can take the AI a little long to 'read' the invoice when it is a reimbursement (i.e. if you did not use your payhawk card) but manual entry is quick anyway, so its not too much of a chore. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Payhawk is great because it streamlines expense management by combining corporate cards, reimbursements, and accounting automation in one platform. The real-time tracking, automated invoice processing, and seamless integrations with ERP systems make financial operations much more efficient. Plus, its global reach and multi-currency support are a big advantage for international businesses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One potential downside of Payhawk is that its advanced features might come with a learning curve, especially for smaller teams unfamiliar with automated expense management. Additionally, pricing can be on the higher side compared to some alternatives, making it less accessible for smaller businesses. Some users also mention that certain integrations and customization options could be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how it automates the entire expense process—from capturing receipts in real time to reconciling transactions—so I no longer have to chase employees or sift through paperwork. Also it is easy to provide digital cards for employees, no need for phyisical ones. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I find that certain advanced analytics features require more customization options. It would be great if there were more flexibility in building custom reports and insights. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Using Payhawk is a dream. Cards were issued and received quickly and have been utilised fully since implementation. The portal is so easy to use and colleagues can easily upload expenses at the time of spending rather than losing them in the car. Administration is efficient and prompt so if a colleague requires an uplift in their allowance that is done within minutes. We have been able to claim far more VAT utilising Payhawk than we did previously. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is a cost of £25 to challenge a transaction and there have been a number of "double" payments - trying to get these sorted has not been easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ability to issue separate Payhawk cards for each ad platform (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) is a lifesaver. This provides crystal-clear visibility into spend per platform, eliminating the messy reconciliation I used to deal with. I can instantly see where my budget is going and identify any anomalies quickly.
The real-time dashboard shows exactly how much has been spent on each platform, allowing me to optimize campaigns.
I dont need to manually enter data or upload receipts. Payhawk automatically captures receipts (even photos of receipts work) and matches them to transactions. This saves me hours of administrative work each month, freeing me up to focus on strategy and analysis.
Setting spending limits per card and platform is essential for managing ad budgets effectively. This is also helpful in staying with the allocated budget. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Smaller agencies or individual/freelance marketers might find the pricing a bit costly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
