It is easy to apply the expenses right after using the card.

The difficulty to add the km and stops. Also, sometimes due to the traffic, I need to take different routes and most likely the travel gets longer and I lose money when that happens.

Using Payhawk is a dream. Cards were issued and received quickly and have been utilised fully since implementation. The portal is so easy to use and colleagues can easily upload expenses at the time of spending rather than losing them in the car. Administration is efficient and prompt so if a colleague requires an uplift in their allowance that is done within minutes.
