I like the ability to see my pay stubs and how easy they are to track and keep track of. I like to make sure my financials are in line and that I'm getting paid the right amount, and it helps me keep track of any extra stipends I receive as well. For our system, the paid time off section is very helpful, as it helps me keep track of what I have punched in for paid time off and how much I have left. I find Paycor to be a great resource for payroll and recruiting. I love using Paycor Recruit because it allows us to run background checks for future employees and helps weed out those who are not a good fit for our company. The ability to reduce turnover rates and keep track of everything for employees and HR is really helpful.
